This is my first time coming here and my last time. I normally get my haircut at supercuts but today I was in the neighborhood plus I saw a deal so why not lets give a try. So friendly people but bad on following directions, how hard it is when you one a case. Half on the bottom and just textureeis in the top. Well Pavi was the one how help me I show her a picture so she could get idea what I wanted. So I see she gets a zero on the bottom and between a one is not even blended right for one after I tell her look it doest look blend her answer was I could fix that well she gave that attitude gave and started tapping on her foot just cuz I toll her how I wanted. How hard was that. She started to cut that area bit aggressive was that I was what is wrong here am paying you to get me what I want is not the other way around. I left not only look bad from my side but all out of blended as too she was expecting a tip. You earn it if you go beyond on your experience not if you do a bad job. Hope the corporation and everyone here see this dont go to this location and top dont let PAVI cut your hair.

About 4 years ago I started following one of the stylist at great clips. I had severe hair damage from thyroid issues. I followed her from one location to this one. One thing I have emphasized on from the beginning was, do not do a blunt cut on my hair. Do a feather cut. Mid-Nov I was leaving town for 6 was, and went in for a trimmed before leaving. Stating as I set down. Do not blunt cut my hair! First thing she did was run the scissors Straight across the back of my hair. I immediately repeated! Do not give me a blunt cut then she proceeded to do the same thing, and ran the scissors straight across my bangs. Giving me a blunt cut. Which is what I repeated do not do! I did not want a man/boys haircut. I wanted it to look nice, and feminine. Its been over three weeks. And I cant tell you how many people have commented of how bad a haircut I have this time. I will never return to this location. I may never even return to a Great clips salon again! Her comment was, " oh itll grow out in 2 or 3 wks, then look better"

Charlotte answered the phone with a smile in her voice at 8:25 04/12. Unlike other establishments I was NOT told that they were closing at 9. She asked if I had checked in on line, to which I responded no. She invited me to come in and upon my arrival created a profile so that anyone would know my preference in how I want my hair cut. However, I will always make sure the lovely Hanna is there when I return. She was charming and courteous. I left within a half hour with a great hair cut. No pun intended. My usual shop closes early. With the service I received tonight from Great Clips ... specifically Hanna, Im likely not to return to my regular salon. Definitely ask for Hanna or Charlotte. Thank you ladies for a pleasant end to a very long day.

Friendly staff but seems like they change the staff often? I have been going to this place for years and have gotten mixed results. Some are good and some not so good. I mean you have it on your system on how your customers want their hair cut and yet why the different results? Even if I instruct your stylist....it still gets messed up. Its like youre hiring people with minimal experience. What gives? Where are the veterans? I dont see staffs that actual takes the time and do it right anymore. 5 min haircuts? Im done with this place.

This is a great place to get a hair cut. The store is very well run and well staffed. The stylists are friendly, helpful, and skilled. I have presented myself on more than one occasion needing a hair cut for a business meeting and they were able to take a mass of overgrown reddish brown hair (where I had done some interim cuts myself) and turn me out looking like a news anchor person. Quite impressive. Some of the best hair cuts I have ever had. Thank you Sarai Perez and the rest of the team.

The salonist kept cutting my husbands hair shorter and shorter. He is near bald now in the back and side of his head for what was supposed to be a simple medium fade... It was most definitely not what he wanted. I will give her credit though for trying to fix it up as best as she could. The hair came out clean looking, but asymmetrical and very short. We tipped her $3 just to be polite since it was free to begin with. Not coming back....

Worst experience ever if the stylis is not sure on how to do a cut they should let you know! Took my grandson in for a fade and Stacy totally messed it up went back the next day in hopes to have it fix , and now he has a bald spot in the front of his head . And then she tried to tell me thats the way his hair is , he is 5 .!!! This was at the Cypress location!!

Staff is very friendly, and every experience has been great. Note of caution though: every haircut Ive gotten here has turned out a little different depending on who you work with. Its never been bad, but if you are a stickler for a particular look then dont be afraid to guide the process

Worst hair cut ever.I dont remember name of hair stylist but she has red hair and cut my hair in just 5 minutes.i am regular customer of great clips but this time i frustrated.Bad experience ever.My hair style is already in system though she didnt follow it.

I only went in for a wash/blow dry. The lady that did my hair was nice, but she got my hair stuck in the blow dryer... Thats a first for me.
