I am writing this review on behalf of my husband and son. They went in together one day to each have a haircut. For my son - a simple trim. For my husband, a trim with the clippers (not very hard to use). My son came home with cuts and nicks all over his ears and crooked hair in the back. When I asked my husband if he was moving around a lot and thats why he got nicked, he said, "NO, the lady stylist was in a hurry", he said, "I kept having to tell her to try to make his hair straighter." And for him, they used too short of clippers and almost cut him bald. I could not believe we paid any amount of money for something I could have done at home. I could have cut my sons hair all crooked and my husbands hair down to nothing. That is not hard. The reason we go to the stylist is so that does not happen. This was not the first bad experience either. This was our second chance for this place. I would not recommend this salon. It is possible they have some good stylists, but why risk it?

Terrible place to do hair !!!!!! I spender over 120 to get my hair done and the lady didnt even know what she was doing she keept pulling and burning my hair TERRIBLE PLACE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I WANTED !!!!i showed them a picture and it was back to what I had so they killed my hair and didnt make A diffrence then they dye it brown with blond still showing !!!i wouldnt say bring anyone here ITS A TERRIBLE SALON THEY DO NT KNOW WHAT THE HELLL THERE DOING

They had someone who didnt know what was doing, cut my hair. She when straight in with the clippers without combing or parting my hair. She had to keep asking her co worker what to do and cut my side burns uneven. If the co-worker didnt come in and fix the other girls mistakes it would have been completely messed up. Dont you go to school to learn how to cut different kinds of hair and lengths? She didnt seem like she knew anything

Ive been going here for the past 4 years, and have had mixed experiences. A couple of the stylists dont seem to get what youre trying to tell them, but the rest have been top-notch.You just need to find the good ones, pick a favorite, and stick with them. Ive found two that I prefer, and I just make sure to get my cut from one of them. I havent had a bad experience since!

Worst cut of my life. Im a guy. Short hair. Simple cut. The lady with the red hair wasted an hour of my time cutting little pieces of my hair at a time, didnt know how to use clippers, didnt know what a fade is, and she shouldve had me in and out of there in 20 minutes. Dont choose this place!

I had the best experience. I got Shanna as my hair dresser and she did an absolutely fabulous job. It was seriously the best hair cut I have ever gotten, not exaggerating! I got a hair cut, wash, blow dry, style, plus tip for $35, cant beat the price too! Definitely go here and ask for Shanna.

I absolutely love this place. Usually I ask for Tanya the manager but she was off today & I didnt want to wait so I had Erin cut my hair. She did a amazing job. Such a sweet girl & very insightful. I felt so comfertable with her cuttinh my hair. I would ref recommend Master Cuts.
