I should have known better when I got a coupon saying mani and pedi for $20. It was nearby, thought Id give it a shot. It was like getting my nails done by my grandmother in her house. They use those portable foot spa thing, she barely scrubbed anything, and when she did my nails I actually got CUT. I wasnt getting acrylics or anything, but there I was bleeding. Which freaked me out, since this place doesnt exactly look like its high in the cleaning department. Naturally by the time i got to my car two of my nails had majorly smudged thanks to her super thick gobbing on of nail polish that would have taken weeks to dry. The best part: they charge like $7 extra if you use your credit card, which is a massive violation of their visa/mastercard agreement. So i tipped this lady the only change i had, which was $5, which is like i tipped her a diamond for the quality of service i got. Lesson learned...just stick with Happy Nails!

Worst haircut of my life. Explained what I wanted in detail: Haircutter immediately starts butchering my hair with an electric razor, not even looking at what she was doing while chatting up the other "hairdressers". I tried to mitigate the damage hoping she could fix some of the mistakes but tomorrow I will be going elsewhere to get it fixed by a real haircutter. First reviewer was dead right. Wish I had read that before going in. OMG Stay away!

I totally disagree with the person who left that negative review. Top Care Hair & Nails is excellent - great hair cuts, color, foils, AS WELL AS manicures and pedicares. Everyone is very nice, experienced and professional. I have been getting all these services every two months for three years and have NEVER had a problem with anyone. Also, they are VERY reasonably priced - the best deal in town.

Good place for hair cut. Avoid weekends as chairs are occupied by women.
