1st time here after a recommendation from a friend. It was fine, the price was reasonable & the people were friendly, but it was a little chaotic & busy... seems like they were a bit short handed, as the stylists had to keep stopping to help walk-in customers. I didnt realize they have an online appointment system, which seems like a great idea, but I think they need an extra person to handle the counter.

They do not clean their clippers or sheers between hair cuts. You sit down and there is hair from the previous customer on the table and equipment. They ask you "What number" and pick up the dirty clippers and start cutting. Plan on having to trim up behind your ears and neck when you get home, because they do not cut these areas.

Best deal when they advertise coupons in local mailer for $6.99 or $7.99 for a haircut. I just needed my bangs cut which is almost the same price so I opted for a full haircut using the coupon. The hairstylist was good.
