I made an apt here to get juvederm in the Nasal labial folds around my mouth. I have been told I am an excellent candidate for this as I look young and have good skin, but just have those lines around my nose and mouth. I was told by a few different surgeons who perform this, that it has a super high success rate, and almost everyone is instantly happy with the results of injecting the juvederm into this area to fill it in and lessen the appearance of the deep lines. I went here to Aesthetic laser care, and met with the doctor, who was confusing me by his explaination of his plan, saying that he couldnt inject into that area, and the only and best way to do it, was to inject it into my upper cheekbone area, to lift the skin up, and therefore lessoning the nasal labial fold lines. First off, I am young looking I dont need a facelift, Im only 35. Next,. he is the doctor, and Ive never had this done before, so even though I didnt understand.. I said ok, because he swore to me that this would work. I paid $450 dollars for one syringe of the juvederm, which he then proceded to inject into my upper cheekbones. HERE ARE THE RESULTS.. NOTHING. THE ONLY RESULT I GOT WAS THAT I GOT A HEADACHE FOR A FEW WEEKS. I THINK BECAUSE THE INJECTIONS AROUND MY SINUSES, AND EYES OR SOMETHING. BUT NOT A OUNCE OF DIFFERENCE TO THE NASAL LABIAL FOLDS. NOT A SINGLE MICROSCOPIC CHANGE. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS. I LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME. I BASICALLY FEEL LIKE I WAS CHARGED $450 TO GIVE ME A HEADACHE. LATER, I WENT TO ANOTHER COSMETIC SURGEON, WHO I TOLD ABOUT IT, AND SHOWED TO HIM, AND HE WAS PUZZLED. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE INJECTED RIGHT INTO THE FOLDS AND PROBLEM AREA, AND I WOULD HAVE NOTICED RESULTS. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS OFFICE, AND THE "DOCTOR" WHO DID NOTHING FOR ME BUT TAKE MY MONEY. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE FOR ANY REASON, AND WILL WARM ANYONE TO NOT GO TO AESTHETIC LASER CARE SEAL BEACH.

They should be put in prison. This is what they call a "chop shop" a "burn em and turn em." The dr is a pediatrician who is the greediest person in the world. The "Ultherapy" nurse, Marianne, disfigured me beyond recognition. Im sure they are using fake gear on top of it. My eyes shrunk, Im losing my vision and need eyelid grafts. The ultherapy community has never seen anything this bad before. Sociopath who thinks hes great, while they destroy people. It would not surprise me if they are on drugs. I wish i saw all of these reviews before hand. They buy the biggest google ad in the world to maim people. Biggest regret of my life, walking into that House of Horrors. RUN DONT WALK...the other WAY. They will get what they deserve in life. No wonder the front desk is miserable. Its bad news all around. They have no business or interest in beauty. A truly sad bunch.

I took my girl friend around 10 times to this place, he used the wrong machine and the wrong settings. He severely burnt her face and naval area to the point of raw bleeding skin after each treatment. He blamed it on the color of the skin and said she should stay out of the sun which she had been doing and she has light skin anyway. He was using the wrong machine and settings. The worst part of it all was that after a huge expense, long drives, all the pain and suffering and scaring, she ended up having more hair than the amount of hair she previously had. He refused a full refund, and said that these things sometimes happen. I would not recommend this place to my enemy, he obviously just cares about the money and he does not value the honor of the hippocratic oath he took.

Dr. Lafkas came off as being very nice. I went in for 8 treatments for my face and belly button area. Every time I came out of his office these areas were on fire! The following day I would see them bleeding and then it would scar. I dumbly went through with 8 torturous treatments, even though I was promised 90% hair reduction after just 6 treatments. I noticed continually MORE hair after each treatment. I stopped going after 8 treatments and felt hopeless. A few years later Im now retrying at American Laser Skincare, and so far Ive had NO PAIN, NO SCARRING, and hair reduction, which proves he was using the wrong machine. I wouldnt recomend him to anyone and he doesnt deserve to be a doctor.

Im sorry that the last posts wrote such negative reviews about the facility. I had nothing but great experiences going to my botox appointments! Staff is friendly and informed with all machines and are able to explain what to expect. As far as pricing, cant be beat anywhere with the superb catered service, especially when I see the results far more greater amazing than I expected.

I love this place! But the last 2 days Ive tried to call to make an appointment and the phone lines are down. Ive tried from multiple cell phones and it rings once then disconnects. From an apple phone it says the line is down. Are you still in business??
