I visited this great clips for a trim and an unexperienced stylist cut a hole in my hair. Then the top stylist, Molly offered to "fix" it and she proceeded to cut all of my hair off. I was unable to noticed how unbalanced the hair cut was until I got home. Instead of them being cautious and honest that they are not trained in natural black hair they destroyed my healthy head of hair. I also called the next day to speak wih a manager and not only was the "top" stylist rude in her responses, she hung up the phone as I was talking. So not only are they uneducated in their skill, they have the unproffessional manners to match.
