I am rather gun-shy about having my hair done after a few bad experiences at other salons.My hair is grey, dry, thick, curly and sometimes very difficult to manage.I also have some yellowing which bothers me. After thinking about it for months and doing a lot of research on google, I finally made an appointment at Tease.Amy colored my hair and did an outstanding job.I brought in some pictures of different styles and colors I thought might work.She really listened to me and came up with a blend of colors that looks really great. My hair looks better than it has in years. I will continue to have Amy color my hair and also look forward to having her cut it in a few months.

Dont go to any other salon or any other stylist! Jovan works with all hair types -- straight and curly. I have very difficult hair -- curly and frizzy. Jovan completely restored it with the Brazilian Blowdry. I cant believe its my hair! The hair cut is TO DIE FOR!!!!!! I cant go outside without people complementing me. I look like a different person. Its that good. Dont go to anyone else!!!

I wish I would have found these guys sooner. Eric Hagen does such an amazing job consistently, I cannot recommend him any higher. Ive never found such quality cuts and styling anywhere before. The staff at Taboo is friendly, and helpful always. Ive never had a bad experience. The only obstacle here is the parking situation which can be crowded if one cannot find metered parking.

My husband just had his hair cut by Tess. She spent an hour and a half with his hair, used a variety of scissors, was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Plus, he really likes the cut. Hes considering returning next time. Though the style isnt perfect, its pretty close and Tess has potential.Note: cuts are a little pricey and they only accept cash tips.

are all you people paid by this crappy place? Jovan is by far the worst person to go to. I will NEVER EVER EVER go back to this godforsaken craphole as long as he works there. Extremely unprofessional and downright not a good person. Several friends and I were referred to him, and he is dismal. DONT TRUST HIM OR THIS PLACE!

just got a haircut at Taboo. this is my new regular place. great haircut, helpful friendly staff and a relaxed environment. my hairdresser was esther (i think thats her name) she is the hawaien looking lady, she was very good. We had a great chat and she went out of her way to make sure my hair was right for me. great salon.

Kazu-san has been working his magic on my hair for a long time, and this salon suits him much better than the one he was at previously. Bring him your awesome ideas, the more challenging, the better. He hates normal haircuts.
