i had my honda accord damage in the front bumper and hood. i decide to take my car in to this body shop cause of the good things i heard about the repairs. i paid nothing out of my pocket because the other party insurance was covering me. 2 weeks of waiting and $3000 of repairs, a heavy bill but i didnt have to pay a cent. they did a great job of repaires and paint job on my front bumper and hood, plus fixed my alignment, clean inside of my car, and tire rims. it look revived and brand new!!! although, the reason why i gave the bodyshop a four star because they said they would replace and order a new front bumper but just repair it, so that alone, made me second guess of trusting this bodyshop. maybee ill look around the city for a more trust worthy when i one-day pay out of my pocket.

When I got into two accidents in less than a week I didnt know where to take it. I was recommended to take it to Baldwin auto body and Im glad I came here. Robert and Javier provided excellent customer service when it came to answering my questions and concerns. And when I finally had my car I couldnt believe they could make it look like new after it got trashed with the accidents. I highly recommend to come here! Its the same car but looks like I just bought a brand new car Im really pleased with their work!

Asked for a rough estimate to install a new bumper onto a car if I had the part in question. Didnt ask me any questions but said brusquely: "We dont quote prices over the phone". I can basically understand the policy, but the way the guy responded like I had a disease made me not want to even take it in for an estimate. Other places at least gave me a rough estimate. Good rating because I cant comment on the service itself, just on my lack of desire to avail myself of it!

The guys there are amazing and very helpful and by helpful I mean not even the word itself describes how well they take care of their customers. They fixed my moms car and had fixed my sisters car there too and every time they have done an outstanding job. I will definitely use them if I ever need any repair to my car as well as highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Javier Montes and his staff have repaired damages to my vechile due to unfortunate accidents Ive been in and Ive been very pleased with all of the work his team has done to make my Dodge Charger look brand new!
