I call them Friday after noon asking what time to pick up my car they tell me it wont be ready till Saturday I say okay no problem they close at 1 anyway. I call them Saturday at 11 they say to come in right before they close. I get there ten minutes till and they have me waiting and explained they still had to paint the trim around my windows so I wait. To get me out quicker they have me signing papers and pay before I get to see my car and pretty much push me out the office and close the gate. Martin tries to just hand me my keys and tried to leave I ask him walk the car off with me. Hes clearly in a rush. I immediately had noticed the runny blotchy paint job my new bumper had a gap in between the headlight and where the bumper should have laid on it I could see the floor threw it and it didnt lineup with the fender correctly I ask him about that he says that the paint job just hits the car that way and that is that basically (even tho I paid extra for surfacing) and that the bumper is aftermarket and that is that I then ask if these could be fixed he said yeah that they will take a look at it when I come to pick up my spoiler on Tuesday itll be ready. Now Im starting to get really ticked off at this point so I take my vehicle home and then notice the trim around my windows that I had paid extra $80 for they had just painted over the plasticky film that was already over the chrome and was already chipping off. Later on that night I turn on my headlights and realize my interior lights no longer work on the radio and dash and my running lights were completely off on the trunk I call Maaco they next day now being Thursday and still no call on my spoiler Im a lil more mad now I call and explain my whole situation and everything that Ive been noticing on my vehicle every day Ive had it and they basically say that none of the issues or their fault that the vehicle was not like that and that these are my problems and they have no recognition of what Im talking about Rudy answers the phone and completely cusses me and my husband out throwing out F words like its nothing. We go in the next day and completely got excuses for everything every problem Martin explains thats what I get what I paid for as if I should just deal with it and that its Maaco so thats what I should expected anyways he also defends Rudy for cussing us out the day before and says we most likely started it. Childish. So they pull my car in the shop for 30 minutes and said that it was just a plug they didnt plug in right in that it was my cars fault that it didnt plug-in right and that now the issues are solved and explain how there not going to charge me extra for that and its on the house in a smart ass way even tho it was there fault. Everything else, they had no offers of fixing any of the other problems. I ask for my spoiler back being that its Friday and they had said that it would be ready on Tuesday they told me to come on Saturday. My husband and I are completely heated I call corporate and put in a complaint and soon after get a threatening call from Martin and he explains that hes the owner (the whole time I had no idea with his un professionalism ) I explain how hes unwilling to help us out with anything THEY DID he then threatens me saying that if I dont call corporate back and tell them that it was all false then hes not going to give me my spoiler back I say is that a threat he said oh you could come pick it up but unpainted because this is a favor for me painting your spoiler even though that was agreed upon when I had drop the car off Monday morning. I called corporate again and mentioned the lil threat. Waiting on a call back from corporate to hopefully resolve the issues.

Had my Honda painted and was the best experience. Took my sons Subaru in for touch up and I called to check on it and the female that answered the phone is not helping this business. She needs to learn about customer service. No one wants an argument when they are just checking on their car. Could have been handled better. Its a good thing I went in to meet the appraisers or I never would have gone to this Maaco. But dont get me wrong these guy do a great job. I will still send people their way when looking for great quality work at a great price. Also the Manager called me and he listened to my concerns. Would of had a 5 Star if not for this incident

Martin and Rudy went ABOVE AND BEYOND what any other shop was willing to do for me . I was in an accident with front damage and had paint shops refuse to even quote me because of my special paint. We worked it out to where everyone was happy...including my insurance company who was trying to nickel and Dime every little aspect. I paid a little out of pocket and painted my whole truck and it looks beautiful! I am referring my baby brother to them next! I would definitely go back again.

This place was horrible! When we wanted our van painted and have body work done they were really nice but 1 week after our van was droped of they parked it in the corner of of the lot and never touched it. They claimed we were 3 days early. then we noticed there was more damage then there was when we left it! So we confronted the owner and he claimed that " we just wanted a free paint job and body work! That was insulting. The owner is the source of them losing business!

Martin and Rudy dont own the place anymore, the new owners are terrible. When we arrived to the shop to drop the car off, the new owner was very rude, and helped another guest even though he saw us waiting first. Then he refused to keep our original estimate and tried charging me more for the same service. Dont go to this Maaco, the other reviews on this place are about the old owners which were much friendlier and reasonable.

I have taken three cars here. My Toyota Camry for a bumper fix. My sons Honda for a dent and new paint. My truck for a new paint job. All 3 times, these guys have done a superb job! They were recommended from Mission Auto Shop in Buena Park.

Im at car number 8 with these guys most of them single stage and so far no matter what stage paint job you get they always come out great with great prices. Im always dealing with Rudy and what he guarantees is what you get.

I didnt even want to go in because the lady who answered was very rude!! I answer hones all day and answer stupid questions with customers and would never treat potential customers that way!
