I went to Skill Craft Body Shop, not looking for an estimate for body work I needed done, but simply to ask a question about an emblem I was planning to re-affix to my car after it was stolen. Even though I was looking to do body work business with them, they took the time to hear my concern. And not only did they spend time helping me figure out a remedy, they actually discussed my problem among themselves and actually provided a remedy and fixed my issue! While they were discussing the matter outside of my sight, I noticed that they were an Auto Club approved facility. Ive been an Auto Club member for 28 years and I know the type and standard of business one has to be to be a part of that esteemed club. The way they took care of me, even when they were under no obligation to do so, leaves me without wonder as to why they are a Auto Club, top-notch business. If they treated me this way, and I wasnt even a customer, I cannot imagine them providing anything less than caring professional service to anyone else. If youre considering taking your care there, do it. I dont think youll be disappointed. All the best!

The receptionist greeted us and made us comfortable and then introduced us to Mark. He evaluated the damage and helped us through the paperwork. Mark was in touch with us throughout the whole process. We needed the car done in four days. Mark told us they would try to get it done for us but was not comfortable with a hard promise. I realize there are variables that cannot be foreseen so I appreciated his honesty. There was one dent he missed on the first appraisal, it was hidden under the side marrow. He asked us to came back to see it. It was a hidden ding. It was added and insurance covered it. In fact, the car was finished ahead of promised time! The receptionist helped us with the payment and gave us a bag for our paper work. It was a very good experience. Thank you, SlillCraft.

I had someone clip the front right corner of my car in a parking lot, breaking the (expensive) HID headlight, bumper, etc. This was two years ago, and the work they did was impeccable. The real test with body repair, though, is time. The paint might match the day you pick up the car, but does it fade differently than the rest of the car? Well, their work still looks factory. Nobody would be able to tell anything had ever been done. Paint matches perfectly two years later. Now my wifes car just got rear ended, and Im going to use them again for sure. If the result is anything less than what I experienced the first time, Ill update my review here.

I was referred by AAA because we got rear ended in our brand new car :( SkillCraft Body Shop was very professional and handled everything with care. They finished the repairs 2 days earlier. It was great that I rented a car through Hertz at their location too. Although the Hertz people were not someone I would want to deal with again. Hertz was not professional what so ever. But the good thing was I was able to drop off the rental car at SkillCraft and Hertz picked it up from there. The car looks brand new again and AAA paid for everything so I didnt even have to pay anything to SkillCraft. They made it painless. Thanks SkillCraft!

I had an unfortunate incident with a hit an run driver hitting my Silverado truck. The guy was caught but I was still left with fixing my almost brand new truck. My experience at Skillcraft was unlike that at any other body shop I have ever visited. The lobby is clean, my service advisor Bob was great, they fight with your insurance company to install OEM parts instead of the cheap Chinese knock off parts and the work was done quickly. Bob also called me every few days to update me on the process. The work was impeccable including the paint, fit and finish. I dont think there is a better body shop in LA or Orange County than Skillcraft.

An exceptional auto body repair shop. Andy, the estimator was terrific , very competent and considerate in all phases of the vehicle repair. I also appreciate all his updates on the vehicle and the parts that had to be shipped here. The repairs done to our 2017 vehicle had the same quality appearance as when we first bought it. I had my third SUV run into my classic Supra Turbo which is in mint condition. Skillcraft has always done body repair on all my misfortunes as well as on my husbands. Their work is like no other--especially the paint job which always blends seamlessly with the other older paint on the car. In fact when I get the car back it looks like the entire car has been repainted! Fantastic Body Shop!!

I wasnt to happy with the paint that was peeled off when they removed the masking after paint, and the truck bed wasnt tightened down all the way, but the body work looks amazing and my truck looks brand new.
