The first time they called me to come pick up my car, my hub cap was missing. The fender was also pushing out my bumper. Then I noticed that the interior of my car was filthy. There were footprints on the seats and some weird glue drips. They denied the glue was from them. After some pressure, they offered to detail the car. It was the worst detail Ive ever received. Supposedly, they sent it to Sparkle down the street. They didnt even wash my rims and spilled cleaner all over the dash board. When I went back 4 days later, my fender lined up with the bumper better, but they did not attach the wheel well liner. It was sticking out. I had to bend it and put it in place under the fender myself. Oh, and they put my hub cap on, thankfully. The car drives well, but second time is not really even the charm with them. Details, like a hub cap and wheel well liner, are not really their strong point. And something rattles like crazy now when I drive it. Great. Looks like theyve lost their touch in the last year.

Worst auto repair Ive ever experienced. Went because it represented Christian honest service. I had my car fixed then I had my daughter take her car. After they said it was repaired there was more damage then when we first brought it. If we hadnt checked before signing off they would never had said anything. Then they told me what they did to my car can be better repaired for $800 plus. I told them I would never come back to a place like that which would be so dishonest with horrible service and repair The reason for this review is to warn people about this place I thought they had great reviews but beware Christian or not they will rip you off. Rating minus 1 SC

I was highly reccomended Douglas autobody & paint by a good friend and when I was in an accident I took my car from Arizona to Pasadena California. The craftkanship was second to none. I got my car back better than when I bought it. I asked what was their secret and they use a special type of clay and then polish and waxed everything. The person who hit me, their insurance covered the repair and everything was on time amd on budget from the original quote. The family atmosphere with the most elite service will earn my business for years to come.

Im not able to edit my first post however its important to share my latest experience. I gave them a minus 1 they are now a 10 The owner believes in resolving issues as one of his top priorities and I am beyond satisfied with his.personal and professional service. Hard to find a pkace that wants customer satisfaction as a bases for their business. If you want to get the best service for your car go to Dougas. Ill be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Very impressed with the professionalism from the moment you enter until you get your vehicle back. They were accurate with their estimation of how long the repair would take and they kept me informed throughout the process. I received a clean vehicle at the end of the process. I have used other body shop in town before and I must say, Douglas was fantastic. I would gladly use their service again.

My family has had several cars repaired here. I mentioned to my dad that they had done such a nice job on repairing my car recently that I had told my dad I should write something nice about them online which I am finally doing. His reply was that a survey company had called him sometime back and when asked how he would rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 he said he replied "Id give them a 15."

I brought my Jaguar in for repairs and received personal quality service and a car looking as good as the day it was purchased. The Douglas rep sent periodic e-mails providing status on the work, finishing in the estimated time. Wayne and team made a potentially stressful experience very comfortable and relaxed and I would recommend them whole heartedly....

Update: Armen has helped us with the issues we previously had. The other lady there isnt dealing with our car and now I feel a lot more comfortable in good hands. I will now be using Douglas for all my auto body needs and will refer my friends and family
