...drive thru....1st time they forgot the sauce after I specifically asked if it was in the bag.....2nd time....(today) they dont have ranch or bar b que dressing...i get to the window after ordering chicken tender meal..they give me a roasted chicken meal...I get that corrected and get home...my sprite is pure soda water.. next time will drive to west covina...never go to the baldwin park location

It would be a great if I actually got the food I ordered. If you order by the Drive Thru you have to actually check it yourself to make sure they put everything in. So many times I come home and Im missing a side or the chicken. The short manager always has an eye on the salsa bar making sure no one is making a mess. How about you make sure your customer is getting the food they ordered?

It seems like everytime I go this to this particular Pollo Loco in the city of Baldwin Park they always always miss something on my order even if I check the items theres something missing in the items its not fair that I got to drive back and then I got to eat whatever I can get from that location when you pay full price

This Pollo loco is one of my favorites why because customer service is always pleasant. It can be a bit slow but they always get your order right and fresh.if something is wrong they will go Extra to fix it .

The drive thru & the parking are together little dangerous, but customer service is good. Very energetic staff and clean, the salsa bar is clean
