We live 2.5 miles from the restaurant. We drove straight home only to discover our food was cold. Not even luke warm. My fiance ordered a double chicken avocado tostada with NO pico and there was 1 slice of avocado, cold dry chicken, pico that shes allergic to and a very small spot of sour cream. My chicken avocado burrito also had 1 slice of avocado and cold dry chicken. We received no red sauce for her tostada either. We arrived a couple hours before closing so food should have been hot and fresh. To make matters worse Vanessa the young woman who took our order was very rude and rolled her eyes at my fiance a couple of times. This is not the first time weve had a poor experience with Vanessa.

These ppl always forget to give me something i come here pretty much 4 x per week and always get my fajita quesadilla lg sprite and my order of churros .....pls make them fresh and pls dont forget to give me my churros or napkins or my salsa everytime is something plus sometimes i feel like im gonna leave my teeth in the freakin churro bc theyre so freaking cold and harder than my head. But rated 5 stars only bc i like the girls that work there maybe sometime ... hey wanna say hi to my buddy . u know. Lol jk

Theyre very stingy with their avocado sauces. I asked politely if I could have a bit more of their avocado sauce, and some boney guy was very rude about it by saying, "theres already one of each in your bag" and he just handed me one little tub of avocado sauce. Drive thru has horrible customer service. If you love eating your food with your sauces, Id suggest to order inside and get as much as you need.

First of sll. What recieved for my meal was wonderful. But, I did not get what was pictured on the coupon. The coupon dhow a bowl made out of a tortilla with shrimp and avacado. I got s plastic bowl, no tortilla with no avacado. It had broccoli, rice, corn and shrimp. I complained and she said she could afd avacado. That still wouldnt have been what I ordered. Glad I usually LOVE ElPollo.

Not even 1 out of 4 meals ordered where properly made, missing cheese or avacado. The cheese on my meal was unmelted and only about 8 small peices of meat. Uncooked food and chicken do not go together. Wont be returning here...

El pollo local in general just isnt what it used to be. Out of the last 3 trips. 1 food poisoning. 1 chicken bones in my burrito. 1 stale chips and a funky flavor in the burrito. Too bad I used to love their food.

Waited 20 minutes in line while their cash registers were down when I finally receive my food it was ice cold I had to drive back and exchange it it took another 10 minutes just for a manager to help you out.

The whole restaurant was filthy dirty with trash cans overflowing, food on the ground, dirty tables, and spilled drinks all over the drink counter. Very unenjoyable!

This location wasnt very busy. They were out of a few menu items. There was a homeless man sitting at a table charging his cell phone. Food was ok, lacked flavor.

Tacos were cold, no napkins provided in drive thru. Chicken in tortilla roll ups p so hard I could hammer it in the dash and tiny pieces would chip off.
