Went in last night and ordered a chicken salad. They kept me and a whole bunch of people waiting for 20 minutes. Apparently, they were out of chicken, but didnt bother to tell anybody this. Instead they continued making sales & taking peoples money and having people wait. Finally after my order had sat there unfinished for the last 10 minutes, the manager told the workers to start passing out the single meals that were done and ready to go instead of waiting for meals with more than one item to be completely done. I didnt realize it had been a whole 20 minutes till I got back to my car & looked at my watch. Ridiculous! May never go there again!

The attitudes of the employees here have changed drastically since the remodel. They make you feel rushed and they arent as enthusiastic as they used to be. It almost seems like its a bother to them because youre ordering food. Theyre always fooling around in the kitchen which slows down production and the time that your food actually gets to you. On multiple occasions now, I have been given the wrong order or Ive gone to order for take out and some of my food is missing.

False advertising. Theres is NO layered avocado. I found on top, two measly pieces. It was pathetic. Very disappointed in their ad claiming layered with avocados. Very disappointed in the salad that I cant eat it. I expect what I order. The salsa is also so damn runny and tasteless. And yes I use to work at an Mexican homestyle Restaurant in Stevenson Wa....they probably still have rave reviews. I wont be ordering their so called avocado layered salad. They lied

This place is a Crazy Chicken greatly improved. From the repides that the food order till the quality of food is given. Especially the customer servisio that pesima Abia state before because now give the customer an excellent service especially two boys one called Leo and the other I called Alberto. Very attentive and helpful. Good travajo all

On 12-10-12, the speaker was malfunctioning and employee was impatient while communicating with me. I felt rushed. When I arrived home, I had only 1 tostada salad instead of 2, which I ordered. This happened at the remodeled location in Huntington Beach, CA at the corner of Warner and Golden West.

Rude employees. Always out of something. This will be my last visit. Waiting for 40 minutes and still not having the whole order?? Someone needs to look into whats going on at this location. No apologies from the "workers" only more attitude. This location is a disgrace!
