Unfortunately, the drive thru has been seriously lacking lately with poorly trained employees. Its a busy drive thru, that requires trained people. No matter how friendly they are, it doesnt make up for poor service. I use the drive thru at least two times a week. The waffle fries are never full, they dont make their shakes correctly, all they want to do is throw a bag of food at you to get rid of you. Tonight as always I ordered a large shake, it was visibly melted, including watered whip cream and no cherry. I asked the girl to re do it , she looked at me shocked and didnt know what to do. She went to ask someone, and I guess the answer was re shake the same melted one and she added more whip cream!!!! Which made it overflow. So I asked her again, to make another one as I had asked before. So she did , no cherry again with an attitude. So much for good food and friendly service. I will definitely be going to the Los Alamitos location ,at least they care and seem to want peoples business.

While the food was great and everything...poor customer service, I have been totally ignored the whole time I spent (an hour) here, they would check on everyone else, and being friendly with the customers, except for me...shows how much they would only go and nit pick some and not all, if youre there to give the service, give it to everyone, if not then dont do it for everyone then. You should know by now that customer service nowadays are just as important as giving a decent quality of serving food. Only one young lady was able to check on me 30 mins after a number of customers who came and went the whole time is here, and been helped. I can do things on my own, but my biggest complaint and hypocrisy is the performance of the customer service of not acknowledging everyone. This place needs to improve, all the other places Ive been to have done a better customer service than this location.

Great food! Great service! Great place to bring the kids! What more could you ask for? Every Chic-fil-A Ive been to has always been super clean, and all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The (real and fresh) flowers on each table are one of the little things that stand out to give you a pleasant experience each and every time. See what happens what you say "Thank you" to a staff person. You almost always get a "My pleasure" in return with a smile. The bathrooms are always clean. This place even has mouth wash. The kids play area is a big hit with every kid who comes here. The large glass windows ensures parents can enjoy their meal at a table while still keeping an eye on the little ones. My favorite item is the Spicy Chicken sandwich with lots of Chic-fil-A sauce. And of course the fries are delicious! (With a few Chic-fil-A sauce packs of course)

I love Chick-fil-A. Theyre clean, food is fresh, music is great & the service is phenomenal - usually. At this location the manager is less than stellar & unfortunately it affects the whole mood. He usually runs around like hes wired from too much coffee; doesnt smile, hardly interacts with anyone & just sends off an unfriendly vibe. One time I ordered a meal for my daughter, they gave me the drink, I took a sip then changed my mind and just wanted the chicken strips. The cashier took the drink away from me, which was correct but kind of strange. The manager was standing right there. Because it would kill the bottom line if we drank the lemonade? I mean what were they gonna do with it but throw it away. Anyway. Just kinda cold place

Excellent customer service. So friendly and courteous. I think our cashiers name was Elise. She was awesome. When she filled my drink cup, some soda spilled onto the side of the cup. Instead of slapping the lid on and handing it to me, she took the time to wipe off the sides of the cup with a clean paper towel and then hand it to me. It was packed and so bisy, but she took time for being courteous. It is very busy, but they handle it with such efficiency, it isnt a problem. The food is good too!

1) Excellent service: Immediately after the cashier handed me my change, my food was ready. They even have a worker, that goes around the tables asking if you need a refill which he/she would take your cup and do so for you and puts the food tray away for you, thats unheard of in a fast food joint). 2) Excellent food: Chicken was moist and tasty, even their condiments are on point, (those are some fancy Heinz ketchup packets).

Horrible service. This is the 4th time in a row they have screwed up my order. So this time i checked before leaving. It was extremely busy and i had to double park and the y said that they didnt owe them to me... I said really this is hiw you are going to treat your customers? Great food I will admit, but the worst service ever. Definetly done with them.....too many times they have screwed me.

Chicken Sandwiches!! One of my favorite chicken sandwich place. They recently added support for the chic-fil-a app for mobile payment and rewards. The only complaint I have is that its kind of a pain to leave this place given its location. Also, because one time I placed an order and they forgot my two orders of fries. Just be sure to double check your order before you drive away.

SLOW SLOW SLOW SERVICE! For an over priced chicken sandwich with nothing but a bun?? They dont even put veggies or condiments in it! So tell me, whats so complicated about your food that would justify the slow service?? Do you have fat cows working there like in your advertisements? That would explain a lot. Did I mention that their service is SNAILS PACE SLOW?

Chick-fil-a understands 2 things: great tasting food and first class service. Their staff is among the best you will find in any fast food restaurant, and it would even take on most dine in restaurants. For fast food, the prices may seem a little high, however I would gladly pay the extra for the service provided. Great restaurant!

Very prompt and courteous service! Great food at a decent price! I dont really care one way or the other about gay marriage, but Chick-fil-A is certainly entitled to their opinion and if they feel strongly enough about it to voice it then good for them! Im sure they new the worms were in the can before they opened it.

Out of all the Chick-FIL-As in the area the Long BeachTowne Center Location has the most curteous staff, deals or coupons sent to the local residents and the owner is around to greet and meet people.Dining in has always been a pleasant experience.The drive thru is quick and efficient as well.

The presence of God totally filled this place and the music was awesome the holy spirit totally hit me and I was praying ! I didnt want to leave I work at massage envy in the town center and I never come to this place but Im so glad I did and the food was awesome

Used to be good but Ive had bad luck the last few times. Seems like my orders are always missing or incorrect. Today I got a root beer and a sprite that were mostly water so Ill have to travel a little further to a different location from now on I think.
