Marathon drive-through experience. After confirming my order at the drive-through, they royally screwed it up upon receiving it at the window. Persons taking orders cant remember not to put ice in soda, or add avocado that you pay extra for for burritos, and not put it in...or not to add cheese due to allergies. I was given two orders of churros that had no sugar on the outside. I wish I knew how to take away the one star that I put on the review.

Okay, so look.... its EPL. They have pretty good chicken. But holy DAMN this place has the worst service known to mankind. Its slow, the staff is rude, and they act like giving you extra salsa is akin to signing over their first born. I only come here in a pinch. Id rather driver further away for better service and same-same chicken.

Had the new salads layered avocado, chicken, and mango. The mango pieces were smaller than a corn kernel, there were only 2 slices of avocado and hardly any chicken. A Big Ripoff.If you want a Truly Chicken Salad with A Whole Avocado and plenty of Delicious chicken then go to Panera Totally Worth The Price and So Delicious.

Dont come here on your lunch break unless you have 20 minutes to spare to wait in the drive-thru line. I wouldnt left sooner, but the crappy design of the drive-thru makes it impossible to leave. Youre literally stuck here. Terrible thinking on their part. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous.

Its always something with this place. Whether they forget the green sauce I asked for, burn a taco or leave a bone in my burrito...the food is still good. And I guess thats all you can ask for. Today they left out the mango in my shrimp & mango layered salad.

Waited in drive though honked no answer , four cars behind. Went to window the person at the window said they did not hear me , he said he could not take my order that I had to go back in line, seriously, I went to Dicky instead!

drive thru moved very quickly and the soup we got was hot and it tasted like they just prepared it and it was late at night. that was a great sign that meant they have fresh food coming out. will be coming back soon

Small portions, look at the "leg an thigh" ridiculous! Is that even chicken? I had Cornish hens bigger than that. This us the last time I stop at El pollo loco. Very disappointed.
