Nos encanta este lugar, siempre los empleados son muy muy amables y el restaurante esta súper limpio, el guacamole es el mejor, si nosotros queremos comer Pollo Loco no nos importa manejar desde en donde estamos. Muchas gracias por su excelente servicio.

Ive been going to this El Pollo Loco for years, as of lately the evening service has went down hill at the drive thru. The evening drive thru operator never puts everything in my bag and this has been happening consistently for two weeks plus. He offers salsa and other condiments but never puts them in the bag all most as if its intentionally done. I let it slide but now he missing side orders. This is a big problem. Please fix this if you want to keep my business!

Awful food awful customer service. My mother and I took some food to my brother whos in an assisted living close by. My brother and I started to eat the avocado chicken salad and realized how terrible it tasted. I took the three salads back and the manager Luis B would not give me a refund. Bad Company bad policy will never eat there again. Obviously we were ripped off.

Ordered tostada salad with no chicken,went to counter to inform so called manager to explain.answer so what do you want me to do about it.answered what do you mean what do you mean so.then i told her tell your staff cooking.she answered without apology what do you want a free salad or something.what a great manager with great customer service?

The chicken pieces have been smaller and smaller over the last few years and now I dont see how it would be possible for their buyers to purchase smaller chickens. Ill stick to their other options for now on, salads, etc.

Theres a guy in the drive thru who is the best thing in the world. He has NO accent at all unless he says "tortilla," "cilantro," or the like. Its awesome and makes my day every time we go and hes in the drive thru.

i am disappointed.. workers should count chicken pieces before handing out to customers.. i received 8 pcs out of 10 pcs ... really disappointed other than that, chicken tastes good

Clean restaurant that can get busy at times. The food is excellent and you get alot of food for 20$. Try not to order the sides separately and use coupons .
