Go To The Bathroom. I Bought Something To Eat Went To The Restroom. I Was Sitting On The Throne I Pulled Out My Medication. When I Hear Pounding On The Wall When I Was Getting Ready To Take My Medication. Give Myself A Shot. There Was Knocking On The Wall The Door Now I assuming they had a camera but I went back a second time and I took something else pretending was drugs and when I pulled that up thats what they were pounding on the door again so they have a camera in the restroom go inside Pollo Loco on the corner of Peck Road and lower system try it lets see if they start knocking at your door

Food here is a joke. Its true, the food is either dry or burnt. Tasteless and a few times undercooked. This the worst location Ive ever been to. 1 out of 10 times the food will be on par, but at that ratio, Id rather go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs. I dont understand how this place is still running! Service was ok, not the best but also not the worst. With a improvements to the cooking this place could be good. As it stands right now, I will not go here.

I ordered the ultimate chicken tostada salad, very tasty! Customer service was ok. HOWEVER!!!! The place was dirty! The windows and doors filthy! Floor and counter space by the soda machine filthy! A couple of employees were on break sitting at a table next to the puddle of melted or spilled soda didnt bother to clean it up!! Last time I go to this location!

I ate here not once but twice, and both times I got sick, while driving home after going through the drive through. I had to puke, I was so embarrassed. The second time was that I forgot that this Polo Loco made me sick last time. The food is not cooked well, taste bad, and workers there are ok, but come on it is fast food how can your mess that up.

Ratings speak for themselves, first the pollo loco on Baldwin and las tunas now this one. Horrible service from cashiers, that make your dining experiences truely unacceptable. Im done with these two locations, lost a loyal customer. They need to retrain these hostile employees, or owners will lose what little business they have. What a shame :(

Cant believe I almost paid over $6 for that sorry looking "salad". Got my food for free because I waited 25 minutes in line and complained! Would have been a huge waste of money because the salad is mostly the white part of iceberg lettuce and its cold, lacked good amount of chicken, and presentation. I could make better at home faster.

A combo that was 6 dollars before is now 9 dollars... Thats a burrito, drink , and fries. Thats a lot of money for the amount of food you get. Plus you gotta serve yourself your drink, and salsa, even get up to get your meal at the counter for a 9 dollar meal I can get better service with a waitress. To expensive for the service..

Its ok they give you your food fast but rest room are clean also some time there a smell when u come it but I guess its from the food the table are not clean they are always dirty I hate to say but food is ok

dont come here it is not worth it. I downloaded their app and tried to buy churros with the free seven dollars they give me and they said it wasnt avalible. That was stupid
