This is THE BEST MANAGED El pollo I think Ive ever been to.. CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, PERFECTLY PREPARED FOOD. I walked in at 1230 hours with many other people, all of whom were in a hurry on lunch break. The head registrar woman in front took all our orders so fast, and the man in charge of orders was calling out order pickups in no time, and they were just killing it. I got my order so fast I thought there was a mistake. Ive never been to an el pollo like this one. There were so many people in the restaurant that I shared seating, and yet everyone had their food in minutes. I was out in under 20 minutes. It was really impressive! Ive honestly eaten at a lot of run-down, dirty, gross, slow, ghetto ElPollos with poor customer service and shady employees in other parts of LA that honestly make me feel uncomfortable.. However, I would eat here everyday if I lived around here. These people are all so professional, clean, nice friendly. I really really cant say enough. Keep it up you guys. I would pay extra to eat here i liked the experience so much. You guys all rock. :)

Its a pollo loco. Nothing much to expect. Has the same menu as other ones. But the place is nice. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They do serve you a lot, which I like sometimes. Its gets pretty busy around lunch time, thats why its a 4 stars for me. The parking space is limited. Sometimes you cant find a spot in the lot or in the nearby streets. So its kind of of a deterrent. But, if you get there before the lunch rush, youll enjoy it.

Tostada salad bowls are the bomb here! Always ask for no beans, but sometimes they forget. They get kinda stingy with the salsa. I used to take water cups and fill them up with salsa for large orders, but they get mad. Dude, if I buy a 12 legs and thighs, I think I should be able to get away with that. I cant waste time using the dinky cups they provide. Good food though. Never too oily. Kind service.

Horrible service, cashier lied about having large containers for salsa ( cashier said they no longer supply large containers for customers ) had to put cashier in her place, i asked another employee in front of cashier, and without any bs hands me three large container for salsa. Wow the cashier felt stupid, why would you lie in the first place? Would never dine here again, what a shame. Lost a loyal customer.

They had good service and it was clean. Usually they have great options. Two out of the three things we wanted they were out of and my double chicken avocado salad didnt have hardly any chicken. Flavors were okay. Not what I remember when I was younger, when it wasnt so commercialized.

Incredible! A first time visit. Chicken was very hot and juicy fresh off the grill. Mac cheese is wonderful. Cole slaw very good. Will be going back to try the other sides and salads. Almost forgot,the flour tortillas were very warm and soft.

Love this place, I eat here at least twice a week, they are very specific about showing you your order when its ready, and their salsas are soo good I could drink them straight. All the employees are extremely nice

Decent place for dinner if youre craving salsa and chicken. Love their new line of bowls, but I mainly like coming for the tortillas and chicken. Salad bar is a lot cleaner, but the sauce cups are much smaller.

Flavourful chicken, healthy rice and beans. Eat-in or take-out. I find their white meat to be dry on Sundays around 5-7pm. The chicken seems to just stay on the grill already cooked by 3pm.

I love Pollo Loco. Just cant say that I love this particular location. Workers are rude.
