Manager does not honor all coupons, used El Pollo Loco Rewards app for a free entree (up to $7) with ANY purchase. Purchased a salad for $5 because I had a coupon and asked for double chicken salad as the reward. Manager refused to honor it because my purchase did not surpass $7. I explained that ANY purchase means ANY dollar amount. Jerk insinuated I was trying to scam him and asked if I wanted my money back. He seemed a little paranoid, probably cuts corners in the food or cleaning. Avoid this place. Complained to Irvine Corporate no response, they dont care.

I know its fast food that you dont exist much of that personal touch but they have the most pleasant service! My cashier today who also cleaned tables when there is no one in line was very kind. The place is clean. Decent view. Great grilled food! $ only for a 2piece combo meal.

Regular customer at least once a week, the Asst Manager Robert at cash register is one of the best I have seen. Great with customers; all types of customers and he mostly remembered names and orders by most.

There new tostadas are good! Crunchy! This place has gotten pretty expensive! Juan pollo has better prices but out of my way! Churros are poor in taste! Dont order those! Chicken flavor has changed!
