There are plenty of seats available, free Wifi, and a nice seating area outside. For sweets they have cookies, cupcakes, sweet rolls, cinnamon crumb coffee cake, brownies, scones, artisan pastries, and muffins etc. They also have a Soup Schedule, depending on the day, they serve different soups. My usual order is the "You Pick 2", you get to combine two items, 1/2 pasta, cup of Soup, 1/2 Sandwich and/or 1/2 Salad. My favorite is the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. My second pick is soup, Ive tried the following, Creamy Tomato, Garden Vegetable, French Onion, and New England Clam Chowder. ~Drinks~ I tried the Low-Fat B Green Power smoothie. It is a mixture of fruits and vegetables purees, juices, concentrates, and a whole banana. The detailed ingredients states it has pineapple puree, kale, celery, cucumber juice concentrate, and lemon juice, etc. The smoothie was bland, I couldnt distinguish the flavors of the fruits. ~Food~ I really like the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. The salad consist of chicken that is all natural and antibiotic-free, field greens, tomatoes, red onions, romaine, pecans, gorgonzola, apple chips and mixed with white balsamic apple vinaigrette. I love the tangy and sweet flavor for the salad dressing! When Panera Bread was still new they use to put real apple slices but now they serve it with apple chips. Now for the soups, the Creamy Tomato is too thick, they didnt serve it like this before, French Onion is salty and the New England Clam Chowder was watery but it had a lot of clams. From all the soups, my choice would be the Creamy Tomato or Garden Vegetable. ~Highlight~ ~The Fuji Apple Chicken Salad and dressing. ~Order your food using the kiosk or mobile phone ~Rating~ 3.5 Stars for the Fuji Apple Salad and 2 Stars for the soups. ~Tip~ The You Pick 2 comes with a choice of Baguette, a bag of Chips or Apple. When I order it, the cashier most of the time automatically gives the Baguette. If you are going to order the You Pick 2, make sure to indicate what you want; I prefer Apple. ~Notes~ ~Indoor and Outdoor Seating ~Parking Lot

I always ordered to go! I finally discontinued ordering take out because there was constantly mistakes with my order. Once the avocado was missing from my salad! Another time I asked for bread and was given potato chips! My breakfast bagel was ordered without tomato, and low and behold it included tomato! The final straw was when I ordered tomato soup, get home and I was given chicken noodle. I complained to the location manager each time. I dont believe I should be acting as Paneras quality control manager. I went from ordering take out 2-3 times a week, to 0 take outs in the past 9 months...

I have had the pleasure of tasting the pastries and bagels at my work. They were so delicious i had to share them with my family. I arrives early at 6:30 am. I thought the place might be busy but was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and smelled of yummy baked goods. Leeza was very cheerful and helpful for that early in the morning. The gentleman who packed the order was very helpful as well and carefully packed my two pastry rings, pastry and cookie order.I would give them an A+ for excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

So SAD that this place has such poor service! I love the ambiance at this Panera, & often take refuge from the heat here, grateful for their wi-fi, and free refills on drinks. But order some food & be prepared to wait - especially if theyre busy. The other day tho, it was 3:00pm, and STILL my order took over a half hour to finally reach my table! (And Id only ordered a half tuna salad & a cup of French Onion soup!) Ive come to expect having to wait at least 20 - 30 minutes to get my food here, & that is so ridiculous!

The Wi-Fi is free but its barely functional, even when its not packed. Resetting the router / modem on occasion wouldnt hurt, guys. One of the managers likes to shut off some of the lights and the Wi-Fi a good half hour before the place closes, and Ive seen a couple of the employees not wash their hands after going to the restroom.

Im really pleased with the food quality, but the cashier needs to listen to the customer, she asked 3 times if I was eating there and twice correcting my order. I was in a hurry and didnt have time to go through everything over and over. Keep up the good food and cleaning, it looks great.

I enjoy coming to this location. The Employees are really nice and I always have a good experience here. Only issue is that it ALWAYS seems to be crowded no matter what time of day you come. So I wouldnt suggest coming here if you need to plug up your phone or computer to get work done.

Good place to get soup and salad combo, although the portions when i get the combo least something to be desired. The food is fresh and tastes good. I would like the combo portions to be as large as corner bakery but its a good place to go for a change of pace.

This place has really fresh, real food and great cold brew. The sandwiches are all great. They have a spread of different types of dishes and a bunch of healthier vegetarian options. They even make their own almond milk! Free WiFi as well. A worthwhile spot.

The food is usually good, but not usually accurate. The last time I ate there I ordered a bowl of soup and received a cup. This is a minor inconvenience, but it adds up over time. The staff can be very polite and helpful. At other times they are rude.

Was in the area to get a quick bite. First time in Panera Bread. Atmosphere was casual and the seatings were comfortable. The food was okay. I feel that the sandwich was something we could make myself at home, but the penini was pretty good though.

Panera Bread used to be a good choice for lunch. But they got cheap on the foods: very small portion for a stiff price. They also cut off the free WiFi service after an hour or so. While the ambient is inviting, the menu needs lots of improvement.

This is a quality chain that serves sandwiches and soups and salads that are reasonably priced and healthy too. Ive never had anything but consistent food here. They bake their own bread and this chain is owned by Saint Louis Bread Company

Thai Chicken Salad is awesome. Ambiance is awesome. Good place for casual business (or pleasure) meet-ups. Self-seating, pay @ cashier then they find you to deliver the food... nice outdoor seating also.

Its good for takeaway. But I found it little bit claustrophobic inside. Few nice outdoor tables if its not a very hot day. I assume most of their customers are college students. They camp there all day

Awful customer service. The Millenial-laden staff gets put out if your pick up order is not ready 3 hours after you order it. They dont care about doing a good job or provide customer service.
