I ordered online for a work luncheon and for some reason the online ordering system had me for the wrong day. I called the location an explained the mixup when I double checked the confirmation the day of our party. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and understanding. He said he would try to make it as fast as possible and we received it about an hour or so after I called. They did a great job and made the meal very quickly. I would like more vegetarian options. Thats the only downside.

Wouldnt give me a receipt...had to basically beg for paper plates...wouldnt give me a bigger container for the sauce after giving the person in front of me the same container I was asking for (and yes the person used it for the same sauce I was asking for it for)...food is great but terrible service

They water down the Avocado Salsa! That salsa is WHY I even go there! They even put ice cubes in it sometimes.....LAME!!!! It should be thicker, and have flavor, like it used to! I swear its so runny it goes everywhere else except in my BRC! I am SO mad at them!!!!!

Bad parking. I would think twice about coming here in a large vehicle. Inside it is set up kinda like a cafeteria. Not many windows and not very welcoming. Food at the one time I was there left something to be desired.
