This is my local El Pollo Loco and Im here pretty often. Its like most other locations. I always ask for the larger salsa containers since Im a big fan of their salsa bar and filling up those small containers is silly and time consuming. I typically get one of their salads when Im here, their creamy cilantro dressing is spot on. Fill out the survey on the back of the receipt to get $1 off your $5 purchase next time.

This place is a NO GO. Stay miles away from is particular chicken joint. My visit today was full of mosquitoes and other types of bugs fly INSIDE the restaurant. In addition there were also dead bugs inside of the salsa. I told the manager about this issue and it seems to me she didnt care one bit. Im reporting this place. My money is going to a different restaurant.

Nice place and friendly guys. Comfortable spot for lunch. Its cheap and the portions are pretty big. The staff work very fast. Each time I come to Polo Loco there is a line of people, but It doesnt take too long to get my meal. Usually I ordered chicken burrito, taco or salad. I love their salad avocado chicken most.

A little cleaner than the one on Commonwealth in Alhambra but same problem, not enough chicken. Had to wait half an hour for a 16 piece mix. At least I got it fresh and hot, that was good. Came a 2nd time. Still no chicken. Waited another 20 minutes!!! Terrible

Been here many times, have seen alot of different staff come and go. One thing that remains the same. Service takes a long time and staff seems not to care. I try to go to surrounding ones

I dont recommend this place to any one they got my whole order wrong thanks to the cashier that was stone as hell. You could see it in her eyes very disappointed.

Double chicken Tostada bowl. Need I say more? lol I do actually. I hit this place whenever Im able to. Place is kept clean, and staff is usually very friendly.

Food is at the bottom for Mexican fast food chicken. Pollo Unico in pasadena on N. Lake St. Chicken is a 10+ and the prices ate waay better!
