Called in and spoke with owner, Dan. He then questioned my order and a coupon I used in the past. He then lectured me for 14 minutes about his business and how business works. He was very condescending and rude to a long term customer. He questioned the price of which I received in the past and then researched it and I received it two times in the past. He then never apologize and just said how weird it was for a random person to be receiving the coupon that I used. Then he decided to tell me about tires and how profit margins work using a tire company analogy. He then said what can I do to make your experience better and I said, honor the price I got in the past and he refused. He then got hot tempered with me and told me that he was busy and had things to do and if I would like to cancel the order or pay the full price. He even had the nerve to say that I only purchased from them 5 times before over the phone and that it wasnt that big of a deal if he kept my business although he would like to. I told him that I come from Northern California where there is tons of round tables and I will be sure to pass along the my experience to everyone I know. In the end he did nothing to reconcile after calling me a liar and then him discovering I in fact wasnt lying. Dan the owner gave me the worst customer service and this Im sure reflects other owners that have a pompous, sarcastic, condescending attitude toward their customers.

The pizza here is always as it should be. A bit spicy, crispy and delicious. If youre a fan of thinner crust pizza and bit of a tangy sauce, you might enjoy Round Table. The salad is whatever, dont expect to be floored but then again who goes to a chain pizza location for their salad? It tends to take a bit longer so give yourself an extra couple of minutes. Staff is friendly and accommodating to most requests. The serve Pepsi products here, FYI. This place could be better but the price is a little high for what you get. Try and get a coupon before ordering or ask about what specials they may have.

Ive liked some of their specialty pizzas from time to time but either the quality is going down or Ive grown out of this place. Last time I was here I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza. I have never seen so much grease with a pizza ever. The pizzas arent cheap either so I expect better. The location needs a refresh also and the staff/owner just seem to be on auto pilot.

Its not Michaels, but Round Table is pretty good for a chain. Ingredients are always fresh. I always use the coupons that are circulated in the mail. The building isnt great, but the service is always good, and they have beer on tap and serve pitchers.

This is a hidden amazing pizza spot! They have lots of seating indoor and outdoor. There customer service is the best. They go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied. They love quality.

I love their food and the place...the only bad thing on their business hours for Friday says they close at 11pm and at 9:55 they came to the table to say they close in 5 minutes
