A few days ago I came to this Pollo loco. I placed my order through the drive through and when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong items. I called the location and spoke to the manager Laura. She was very pleasant and said no problem to go in any time to get my order corrected for free. I just came in and a different manager was on duty, Maribel. She knew right away who I was and didnt hesitate twice to get my order. She said Laura had notified all managers to keep an eye out for me. On top of that I decided to sit in and eat at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay there. I can honestly say they have provided me with exceptional service. Thank you all Pollo loco staff for making it a great experience to get my order corrected.

I ordered a 3 piece combo and they didnt give me one of the chicken breast. I ordered it with a mango ice tea and it tasted like sewer water. The mashed potatoes were beyond hot and the tortillas were as hard as tostadas. Worst pollo loco Ive ever been too...

Wowww the service here is really good i didnt feel pressured at all..the manager JOSE is on top of things..everything is nice and tight..He even came to greet us at our table woww unheard of..Im definitely coming back..

The stor small .. but when got busy. . the crow cant handel the job .. the cheken wasnt Marinette enough .. so it was test plan .. and thats not the test we use to have in El pollo loco.... bad management

The sever had an issue with the person in front of me. She didnt seem to know how to resolve it.. They only didnt want the drink with their combo. But manager and another server helped. Just took awhile..

Great place overall! I love pollo loco cheap, delicious, healthy, this location accepts EBT cards and there always hiring and looking for people to work here

Hot fresh food, but they really need to work.on putting a little seasoning of some type in their salad bowls.. totally tasteless..
