On 09/21/13 7pm I went to this pollo loco saturday, when I ordered four crispy tacos off the dollar menu I was told that they had no more tacos so I ordered taquitos and said they have no taquitos I ask why and was told that the lady that makes them did not show up that day, I asked if they had a cook and why is the cook not cooking them up to order and again I was told that the person that makes them did not show up today, so I order four BRC a poblano burrito combo with a coke, serrano chili and four green sauces, they had no Serrano chili and they forgot to give me my coke and the poblano burrito did not have any corn in it and had very little chicken which was burnt, I drove a distance to get to this pollo loco as its the closest one and the one in south gate well dont even bother its TERRIBLE! anyway Im done with inconsistent service and what I dont understand is why the manager didnt take control of the situation and make it happen earlier in his shift I guess hes too big to get his hands greasy Not a Team Player. if I were the mgr I would have covered it for my customers I would have taken control and hussled to make the product for the day so it could be available to the customer, Very Disappointed. Cookie Cutter says never again your off my list of local eats!

This is the worst Pollo Loco Ive ever been to, the drive-thru line takes 15-20 minutes to receive your order, one cashier is rude, and the worst is they keep burning my chicken after I specifically say the word juicy. It happened at least three times in the last month, so I had to post this comment. Management needs to do something about it. I have never been so upset or had to post anything negative but this Pollo Loco just deserved it.

Yo : try to be a nice customer and leave rest to them. Believe me i ate there for almost 7 months almost everyday but i never had problem. My orders were correct, was treated nicely and they were friendly too. This is told by a certified ( yes atleast i believe ;) ;) :P :P :D :D ) foodie who visits all other food stores 3-4 times a week. Some of the staff members are so nice that i miss them now ;)

I used the catering service with delivery and the food was great. The employees loved everything. The store manager was great in assisting to make sure I had the early delivery that was needed. Thank You Very Much for a wonderful experience and I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend to local business that do employee luncheons.

This location is terrible, its always so hot inside and they cant seem to get orders right. Im eating inside and they rarely get my order correct. That I can deal with but I cant sweat through another meal there.... Not sure what the deal is but all of the employees behind the counter are dripping sweat too... Really gross

The food comes out fast, cashiers always friendly but the cleaning around the dinning area needs improvement...It doesnt matter if its busy or not theres always spilled liquids around soda and salsa area, tables need cleaning and trash under tables. Once they better this problem it will be nice to eat in.

They are nice most of the times. The only thing it upset me, when they put a Pregnant women to sweep, i think manager didnt really like her. She was at the register first, they were 2, one was not pregnant and they didnt send her to clean. Come on it looks bad for company, and its not good for her.

This a great place to eat before 5:00pm, after that time they have the chicken to long on the grill and its really dry not juice,this place may need a better supervisor after that hour to make sure they keep a juice chicken for customers all the time.

Best Pollo Loco Ive been around LA area... Spacious ... the cashiers are very welcoming. The salsa bar was stocked with all the salsas.. lemons. Cilantro and onion.. usually I have to request for lemons and guacamole lol ..
