July 21, 2016 Thursday Very disappointed and displeased with your first come, first serve customer service. I ordered two whole chickens and The MANAGER (Laura) refused to give me the meal. They ended up giving me 8 pieces of a whole chicken instead because they told me they had no more whole chickens. Oh but when another customer came right after asking for a whole chicken order, they gladly gave it to her without telling her what they told me. When I confronted the Manager (Laura) asking why she gave HER the whole chicken and not me she made lots of pointless excuses. Sadly, its about business more than the customers right and satisfaction now a days... the manager should have done the right thing in given me my correct order than just caring for herself and doing what was more beneficial for her. Dont come to this Polo loco. Management is not good whats so ever!!

FRAUD!!! HORRIBLE! DONT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR CREDIT CARDS! PAY WITH CASH OR WATCH THEM CLOSELY!!!If I could rate it at Zero I would! I visited this location and at the drive through the employee took my credit card and went into the back with it and did not give it to me until I insisted he still had my credit card. He then acted as if he had already given it to me. He didnt come back to the window for quite sometime after I gave him my credit card. Next few days my card had several fraud charges! I had to cancel it and it cause several issues for me. DONT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR CREDIT CARDS! PAY WITH CASH OR WATCH THEM CLOSELY!!! Buyer Be Aware!!!

This was always my favorite location, but the quality has been so poor lately. The tables, floors, and salsa stand were all dirty while the staff was in the back standing around. My young daughter sliped on a salsa cup and couldve been serously injured. The churros are really hard and stale. Not to mention the tiny chicken pieces of chicken that seem almost bite size. Overall I had a horrible experience and will not be attending this location anytime soon.

Looks like it was recently renovated and cleaned up quite a bit. We usually eat inside, and during lunch time on a week day service is fairly fast and reasonable. I like getting the tostada salad with avocado although the menu for salads changes at times. Parking is easy with lots of room but some times the drive-thru gets jammed. Nice place to stop for food and good staff as well.

Have gone thru drive thru 2 days in a row and they tell me they dont have chicken...to wait 30 min. so they cook more. Is this a chicken place or whats wrong here.
