EXCELLENT customer service A+++!! We went around dinner time and there was 20+ cars in the drive thru line. Went inside, each employee was so friendly, polite, high energy, very accommodating. The cashier helped us navigate the menu for our to-go order and the food came out quickly. Restaurant was very clean with modern decor. I looked at the staff and everyone was working quickly with a smile, they all looked like they really enjoyed working there. They were doing such a great job that I had to stop the manager and tell him thank you for the great service. I know he was super busy but he still stopped for a few moments to chat with us about the store and their other locations. Very nice gentleman. Where can you get service like that at a fast food?! Food is always fresh and delicious. Also by the time we went outside (maybe 10 mins later) the huge line was gone. Great experience, will definitely be back!! :)

I visited this location with my boyfriend on Saturday evening. Hands down the best !! Customer service Ive ever experienced In my entire life ! My boyfriend and I were left speechless because every employee was on their feet smiling with great attitudes the manager arnie ! Wow that is an example of a great ! Manager ! He was helping his team out he was out in the dining room cleaning up checking on customers he made our visit amazing!! Our food was also DELICIOUS it came out maybe 2 minutes after ordering but it was hot and tasted great ! Thank you so much! This is by far my favorite location! Great job !

waited over a half hour in the drive through to only get 2 of the 3 items I ordered. after callg back I was treated rudely by a manager and told to drive back down and come in to get the sandwich or a refund. I was on crutches so I did drive thru and it took a half hour already. why in the world would I come back and get out to go in? I called corporate to let them know their employees are not meeting the customer service level that most chick fil a restaurants have. this location will not be getting any more business from me.

I love this Chick-fil-A. First of all, its the closest one to the SGV area. Service is great, and its run by a great operator/owner. Chicken sandwiches are done perfectly each time, and they people who work there are really friendly. Only downside is not having the self-refill soda machines, because I either need to ask someone to refill my drink or bring it up to the counter. Parking is a little tight when it is busy, but I cant complain. Hooray for this Chick-fil-A!

Am allowed to eat here? Just wondering because the business opposed LGB rights and had noted on wiki they will follow the state and federal regulations about homosexual equal rights. Boycotting businesses isnt my strong suit, but Im only going to eat at a restaurant where the CEO wants my business. In fact, Id rather hear the CEO of Chic-fil-A send a public letter wanting the service of homosexuals. This is more than a request.

The service is simply AMAZING. The staff at this location are extremely nice and always get your order out fast, and more importantly, perfectly cooked to your request (for example: they always remember that I ordered my sandwich without pickles). The environment is generally clean and the restaurant itself is nicely designed. "Good work" is the least I can say to the amazing staff here at the Pasadena Chick-Fil-A.

Good service like most other chick-fil-As. Owner/operator has not been the most helpful, trusting and/ or generous. Im speaking of an incident where the restrarunt messed up my takeout order. The remedy was not prompt at first and eventually was not even honored. Of all the times that Ive been there (which from 4 to 10 times a month), the staff are consistently excellent but the owner/ operator is not a match.

Excellent customer service! I stopped at this location on a road trip and forgot my purse there, I realized it after reaching my destination and called the next day, not only they kept it safe but also offered to ship it!! Im so grateful and thankful that they are great honest people, besides the whole place is pleasant and clean and the chicken was delicious!! Thank you Chick-FIL-A!!

I saw this please get built from the ground up and every time I come here I enjoy the food service and the atmosphere. The desert is not that big however it does satisfy that sweet tooth that I have at times. The ice cream they have here is really good and the chocolate cookie is to die for check it out for yourself. I only seem to crave Chic-Fil-A on Sundays, but on the rare occasion it isnt a Sunday, Ill hit up chick fil a for some nuggets. On the even more rare occasion that it isnt Sunday and Im up early enough for breakfast, chick-fil-as breakfast chicken biscuits are dam delicious. the spicy variety of them is a delight.

I may be bias, but I love Chick-fil-A, no matter where it is, but this one is in Pasadena and across the street from Pasadena City College, its an area favorite and a great place to meet with friends and study for that matter. Friendly staff, always greeting you with a smile.....10 Stars......

This is the typical Chick-fil-A except for the fact that it in decorated a different way. Decor here would be somewhat metallic and flashy looking. Also they have the largest outdoor seating area I have seen on a Chick-fil-A. I put in an order and they competently filled it thank you.

This is a great CFA, they have their drive through down to a science and can get you through pretty quickly. Food is always great, I mean its CFA! I recommend getting a spicy filet on a salad with ranch dressing. The cookies are also wonderful, but I personally dont like them heated up.

They keep messing up the drive thru orders. This is the 4th time they mess up my order. I order a combo burger and get chicken nuggets. If they are going to mess up my order at least the can give me some damn sauce. I order a number 8 burger and end up with 8 chicken nuggets.

Although the workers are mostly college students, the food they offer is great. Chicken nuggets are bomb and chicken hamburgers are about 4.80 before sales tax. They give you ur order about one minute right after you order. Be sure to try out each one of their sauces!

Long lines, yummy food, but they make the lines go quickly which still keep this at five stars. Still a fan of the waffle fries, Santa Fe (?) salad with the avocado lime dressing and the spicy chicken sandwich with the original Chick-fil-A sauce.

The parking lot can be hard to get into, but my kids love the play room which can be seem from the entire, very large dining room. As always, service is impeccable and friendly. And you just cant beat the chicken with a pickle sandwich. Yum!
