Service is terrible. I waited for 40 minutes. I went through the drive thru and gave my order. They asked me to wait 15 minutes since they didnt have the mixed chicken ready. I said ok. I parked 15 minutes passed and nothing...20 nothing then at 30 minutes I went inside and had to ask for my order. Everyone inside was getting their orders. Chicken was on the grill, workers chopping it. After another 10 minutes of waiting they gave me my order. I believe they forgot my order because they didnt even have my order on their board. They used my recite and placed it on the board. I had to ask for all the salsas where they should of added to my order when I placed my order. Told one of the managers "a 30-40 minute wait is not acceptable! Finally at home and no tortillas! We called and they said "oh you can come back and pick them up if you like!" We told them the whole situation and they offered to replace the whole order next time we go. $40 should get you decent service. I have all the patients in the world but when they make you wait 40 minutes for your food its Ridicules!

This is the El Pollo Loco me and my dad always come to. Its located in a very busy intersection so there will always be customers coming to eat here. The prices are affordable and if you have a discount coupon the price for your meal goes down a bit more. The food is delicious, the employees are friendly. Be aware that this particular location does get busy monday through friday during lunch time so you will find a line of people waiting to order and limited seating. Overall this location has great food and great service.

Worst experience ever. The cashier did not know what he was doing, he was not paying attention and I had to repeat myself about 3 times. Also, he was on his phone... really? My experience was during lunch hour and only 1 cashier was attending. Additionally, I was disturbed by a bug walking on the counter. It appeared to be a roach. At end, my order was incorrect and I just ended up tossing due to the bug encounter. Never again will I go there.

Really bad service walking in on a Friday night like at 9:30 and right away telling they were close , but on the website it say they close at 10:30 , so please change your your time hours on the website and in front of your walk -in doors if you guys are closed at 9:30. So people wont get confuse

If Im starving and couldnt stop at a different location on my way home from work then I guess I will stop here. This is probably the last Pollo Loco I would ever return to. I suggest you either visit the Montebello or Alhambra location.

Not so good, I bought a family meal and I got 4 PLATES ONLY REALLY and when i asked for more disposable plates, the supervisor just gave me only four more plates. She told me that they only give half of what we buy. No more like before.
