Been coming here for over 10 YEARS now, & its one of my all-time favorite El Pollo Locos. Their food is ALWAYS simply fantastic (just cant beat FRESHLY made, & to your exact specifications), FRESH & SO DELICIOUS - that just the thought of it is making me drool! LOL. The folks who work there, especially the manager(s), are ALWAYS super nice & so VERY accommodating: & let me tell you, I am SUPER particularl as to what I want & just how I want it made (& theyve NEVER been even slightly rude to me, which in itself should tell you a LOT). Entire place is always very clean, both inside & out, especially for the amount of trafic that they get. The handful of "issues" (be it they were out of an item altogether, needing to make more, or my order being assembled not as Ive requested - the latter might have happened all of 2ce in 10 YEARS) that I have had there were not only promptly corrected, but with a smile, a free item "for my trouble", profusely apologizing the entire time. Thus I feel that some of the "reviews" which Ive seen here are just patently UNtrue, & unfair: not getting "your way", or your order taken, at 5 MIN to OFFICIAL closing time is not JUST their fault, & I highly recommend "checking your order" no matter who you think you are, & regardless of where you go for service, ESPECIALLY if its during a rush hour. Its just prudent. Now Im on my way to get ME some of thier chicken - all this talking got me SO hungry for El Pollo Loco! LOL!

My husband and I arrived there tonight on April 16th may 7min before 11 and the girl at the register didnt say anything at the drive thru and my husband had to honk and still nothing. We saw her talking and she looked at us and he honked again and she kept talking to whoever was inside my husband drove off. We didnt want McDonalds or Burger King and had to go home and pretty much nothing t eat. I didnt feel like cooking. We had a long day of working. It was very rude and unprofessional and to think fast food people want to be paid $15 an hour. Not with service like we experienced!! Ill never go to this location again because of that woman who was schedule to work the window at 10:53pm. I get it Id hate my job at a fast food joint to and be ready to go home. But it sucks when ur the one having a craving for somethings other than McDonalds!! So we had to settle for TACO BELL thats next door!!!

Horrible service. Food was quick but they didnt give us plates so I went to go ask for plates and the girl made eye contact with me and was standing there (a bit back from the counter), and as i was getting closer and was about to ask, she left? I finally got plates after a lady who was standing in line told the girl that Ive been waiting for a couple of mins there before she was there. Finally I thought. As I sat myself down I began to serve myself but then I saw a hair!?! Never coming here again.

This is a place that I loved eating grilled or char-broiled chicken that their taste was great. I offered eating chicken at this place with my mom when I was a childhood. I ordered 8 pieces of chicken with coleslaw, Spanish rice, beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, and macaroni and cheese. The restrooms were clean with free of residues, the cleanliness of this place was good with the tables, chairs, and floor were cleaned and mopped. I will come back again.

This place was dirty. All the tables were dirty we asked if someone can clean our table no one came so we had to clean ourselves and there was trash all over the floor. I asked the 7pm shift leader about my order because the beeper was going off and I was waiting a long time and he said " I dont know Im not working this area" hello your the shift leader!!! So were never coming back here again!!

Im a big fan of El Pollo Loco bc of everything it has to offer! Join club veg for daily deals so you never have to pay full price.There are never long lines but the place is always full of happy faces. I also enjoy the to go option that is a great value. Go to the cashier and request the to go option. You will pay before you get your food then they will provide you with a to go box.

I commissioned this location to provide catering services for my daughters birthday party. I was able to easily place the order online, they called to confirm my order and it was delivered! It was on time and everyone really enjoyed the food. I got orders of tacos and taquitos and it was a great choice for a group of teenagers.

Usually go here on my lunch break, drive thru is super slow and since parking lot is terrible you usually have no choice but to wait. Waited nearly half an hour today and when I finally got my food I was disappointed to see and taste the chicken. It literally had no seasoning and looked barely cooked. Will not be going back.

OK first of all, it is an alright place. The food is OK but my aunt found a cooked moth in her food and they werent even sincere about it... Guess theyre used to having bug infested food. Their customer service in the walk in is terrible. I rather go through the drive-thru.

A great el pollo loco. The manager Lupe is so very hospitable and nice. Making sure my eating here very pleasurable. Very polite and courteous. Im very happy and satisfied. Very quick also on making sure our orders are correct and quickly served! Thank you lupe

For fast food, theyre pretty good. Better than Taco Bell with some good healthy options. The avocado salsa is ridiculously addicting, could eat that all day long. Good pricing all around. Never had bad service here, even through the drive through. I always tip!

Basically dont give you all your food. Ordered the tostada salad, it was only half-full. Sometimes they put a ton of lettuce but very little beans and rice, other times, they put almost no lettuce and only a few pieces of chicken. Im done with pollo loco

The worst and longest drive thru!!! Waited in line for almost 25min only to find out they didnt have any crunchy taco shells...wished I couldve cancelled and left but was blocked in by cars!! Never coming coming back to this location!!

Good food at a reasonable price. The wait can be long depending on the time. If you can order ahead with the mobile app. They now have a rewards program with it as well. The out door patio is a nice touch and great for summer nights.

Itc was terrible. Move people being made to work in 100 plus degrees because the air conditioner had been broken for a week. No doors open, dirty.. Wet doors in the bathroom. Yukky. I wont be going back there!

Very dirty place and no Airconditioning. It feels like 90 degrees inside. Bathrooms are dirty and stinky. Also, they serve very slow...long lines waiting to order. We stand about 30 minutes to make our order.

This is another standard quality location. Pan handlers really seem to congregate around this side. The service is slow because thats what you should expect for flame broiled chicken.
