I have never trusted anyone in the auto repair industry...thats UNTIL I brought my car to Brea Auto Body!! I have taken my car their for repairs twice and I will continue to take my car there as long as they are in business! If I ever move to another state and my car needs repairs, I will drive or have my car shipped here for the repairs. Lets start with Mark Longo. I have never trusted anyone with my car like I have trusted Mark. His knowledge and professionalism is world-class. He kept me abreast of the repairs throughout the whole process from start to finish. If you are used to taking your car somewhere and being pressured into service, I can assure you it is not like that here. Youll never feel pressured, youll never feel stressed, and youll never feel as though you are being taken advantage of. That leads me to the office staff...hands down some of the nicest most capable people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. John gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Wendy was bright, cheerful, and professional each time she called with an update, and the owner was more than generous when I picked up my car. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of taking your car anywhere else... Brea Auto Body is the ONLY place to take your car if it needs repair work done. Period. Thanks for the great service guys and gals! While I hope I dont need to return back with car damage anytime soon, I am happy to know that if my car is damaged, I somewhere I trust to take it for the repairs!

Ive had a LOT of repair work done on my "cursed" VW Passat. Through it all, Brea Auto Body has been with me and has made some extremely tough days less stressful. They provide options instead of just listing different prices for repairs, indicating the pros and cons of going different ways on repairs. I feel that the money Ive invested in having my car(s) repaired here was well worth it. Ive recommended them to several co-workers, and as a result, Brea Auto Body has 3 more satisfied customers! Unreservedly recommended.

Brea Autobody is the most honest shop I have ever worked on my vehicles. Not only did they do a thorough inspection, they took the time to explain exact details to me. As a traveling professional, they even helped me get a rental car as soon as possible so I did not loose any time from work. Their staff is very friendly and courteous! They also knew how to work with the insurance agency, so the paperwork was expertly handled. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Professional, quick, and very courteous. I went to have a lining in my car looked at as it was falling off. The repair guy put in a few clips and took care of problem immediately. I also got an estimate of a dent. They explained the work that was required in detail and why it cost what it would. I decided as old as my car was, it wasnt worth it. But I would definitely recommend this place.

Great people to work with. They really went above and beyond when my Audi was hit. I got back on the road with what feels like a brand new car! Very helpful with handling my insurance company, giving me clear information on all of my options. A family-run business that treats you like one of their own. Totally recommended.

The staff is very courteous and friendly. They gave me a tour of the shop and explained what was going to be done on my car. I had my 350z there for 5 days. They setup the rental and made sure everything was done right. Car was cleaned inside and out when I got it back. Even received a follow up call the next week.

I was a customer for a few jobs and they were doing fine. Last time I went they gave me a form to fill out, although they had me in their computer already. When I said no and started leaving, they didnt even try to stop me. They lost a repeat customer over a form. How smart is that?

Awesome Body Shop. My mom had a "fender-bender" which turned out to be $3000 in damage. They were responsive, communicative and efficient. The whole process was effortless. The car was ready when they said it would be and the staff is friendly and social. A+++ :-)
