If I could put - 5 (negative five) I would and they so deserve it. Definitely would not recommend this shop. They had my nieces 2015 Kia Soul for 3 weeks to repair the damages from a accident she was in. The day she picked it up the ac was not working but the shop has already closed. The next morning her check engine light came on, she called and was instructed by Jose Sosa to bring it in. The shop is in Whittier and she lives in Riverside. She was on the fwy on her way to the shop when her vehicle broke down on the fwy!!!! Her vehicle is now having a new motor installed at Kia of Orange. Thank God she is okay but Eckles is NOT a shop I would recommend to anyone even my worst enemy !!

Excellent customer service! Took in my Flex for a new bumper after an incident on the freewy. I made an appointment and they took me right away even called the car rental place to pick me up. They called me with status and when it was ready. When I got it back it looked like new. They even delivered my vehicle because I could not make it before they closed. Thank you for amazing service! The owner is great and so is his staff! Highly recommend!

I was in an accident and took my car in for repairs as I needed a new bumper. The service I received was fabulous and when I picked up my car not only did they wash my car but detailed it as well. They replaced my bumper, had to repaint a portion of the car and they buffed out some scrathes, the car looks brand new! I highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle! Thank you Eckles Auto Body for a job well done!

A great experience. As an older woman I am always nervous about turning my car over to others! However, they fixed everything (and did more) and washed it...of course I laughed when I opened the trunk, as there was all the junk I had accumulated over the years! I had my car repaired by Eckles, took them over a week. Had to bring it back the very next day because the alignment was not done properly. Brought the car back the 2nd time because of a loud noise when turning. i keep on getting excuses after excuses. Very unprofessional staff, poor management, need to improve their quality inspection after repairs.

I was recommended this place from the Honda dealer my car has been in an out of this place since December 21st for Paint correction from the work they have done and the car still has lots of scratches from where the car was painted extremely disappointed in the service expensive and not worth the headache

The customer service is absolutely amazing. The owners are friendly and everyone is so welcoming. Carlos and Maria have a great staff. Angela is such a wonderful spirit she has answered all my questions which I had a ton with great mannerisms. Definitely will be back.

Horrible quality paint / clear coat. Dull and rough after 3 months. Gave only excuses when I brought it back. 5yr warranty is BS. Im sure the 5 star reviews are family, friends, employees of shop.
