I think Frank is the owner of this shop. He is very experienced at what he does and doesnt care what people say. He is very professional with the work that he does and doesnt have patience for the people that have left him bad reviews as you have seen here. He is bitter at times but thats because of all the idiots that go to him day in and day out who expect the whole package for very little money. Frank does the work right the first time. Hes not there to put bandages on your car. If he works on it, he will strip everything apart and put it back perfect.

Before I decided to fix my car in their shop, they were incredibly helpful and said it would only take 3 or 4 days to repair the car. After deciding to let them fix the car, they turned out to be very impatient and told us it at least took 10 days to fix the car. Worse over, they even did not take the call when I was trying to ask them when I could get the car. This shop SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful place! I am so happy I went here. It is truly hard to find an auto shop that puts the clients best interest first and they definitely did that very well. I am so happy with my beautiful car! The paint came out so wonderful and on top of them being all around amazing they are also super fast workers. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Kept me in the loop the entire time, even though my insurance was a PITA to deal with. Ive used with many body shops over the years (not all my fault!) and OC Bumper and Body was definitely the best. Car came back looking brand new, no sloppy paint work here! Thanks guys, lets hope I dont need to bring my car in again anytime soon.
