I recently moved to Burlingame and went here to have a few items fixed. My first item wasnt ready to be picked up on the day I requested it to have done and I had to come back later that day. Last week I needed a few buttons fixed so I brought it back to this place. I came back the day AFTER I requested for it to be done and nobody even started on the item!! I brought it to the guys attention that my item wasnt ready at all, even after having the shirt at the cleaners for an extra day. He just blamed it on his tailor instead and didnt care at all. How does someone miss that! And why wait till the last minute to fix something! I wouldnt go here if you want your stuff on time

Great service at this handy location. As you cross the overpass from the bay area hotels youll come up to california drive. Look right about 400 feet. BINGO ! Now you have found a VERY GOOD, reasonable Dry Cleaners! [THAT"S NOT ALL] Next door BINGO ! You found a REALLLLLLLY GOOD, Clean , laundromat with Wi-FI, Flat Screen Tv and everything else you need.. Drink a coke, relax, your laundry will be done shortley. If you dont have time to wait take it next door for wash & fold. They will do it for you.

This was Qualtity Service I recieved from this business. I enyoy finding a business that knows how to treat there customers. I had a emergency rush job I needed done. I fly in to SFO airport to go to a wedding, only to find one of my bags are missing ! I need the clothes I have ready for the wedding only to find now I dont have them. They did a Perfect Rush Job for me and saved the wedding. 5 Stars to the Service. Another 5 Stars to the Customer service. She was so Sweet. Thank you.
