A normal transaction with a dry cleaner is you drop off your clothes, then you pay and pick them up. With these guys, you drop off your clothes, then you pay, and pick up your clothes, take them home, and realize that they lost a couple of items. You go back, ask about them, they say they will find them, then you come back again. In addition, Im sorry, call me cheap, but $4.50 for a laundered shirt is a bit too high. We had sticker shock, couple that with the lost clothing items and it was a very unsatisfying experience.

Be careful. These guys overcharge like crazy. Just watch your bill. They also smash buttons on shirts more than other cleaners Ive used. Their fortune is what they mean by their name.
