DO NOT TRUST!! This is my first online review & the egregious service compelled me warn people about this dry cleaner. I brought in my tuxedo on Monday morning and wanted to pick it up on Tuesday afternoon, they were not able to accommodate that request, but were able to have the items ready by 4:30 on Wednesday (a bit inconvenient, requiring an extra 20+ miles of driving due to commitments up-valley ) but I agree hoping to find a new local dry cleaner. I arrive at 4:25 and the tux is not ready, they say to come back after 5:00 (another 20+ miles), upon my return at 5:40 they claim that the machines have not been working that afternoon and my Tux will not be ready until 11:00 on Thursday (another 20+ miles of driving) the day that I am flying out to attend a wedding...obviously they are LYING I relied upon the contract to have my items ready on the day and time agreed to on the receipt, if that basic commitment cant be fulfilled...at least have the courtesy to inform me of your failure so you do not waste my time and resources.

They charged me 2x the amount of my receipt. When I called they told me they would not refund me!! Having to contact my Bank to hopefully get the charges removed. Do NOT trust this business.
