Horrible customer service! I went to SOMA cleaners 1 for all of my dry cleaning for a few months. The last time I went in, I picked up my dress shirt and found a sizable rip in my sleeve. I brought it back to them and they told me they would send it to their facilities to have it evaluated and would call me soon. Months went by and I never heard from anyone. I finally decided to go in to see what was going on. They had my shirt on the rack with an attached letter telling me that my shirt was "worn out" so it was essentially my fault. This was one of the most poorly handled customer service experiences Ive ever received. I wont be returning to a place that doesnt value their customers nor their customers clothing. Ill be sure to let all of my friends in the area know which dry cleaner to avoid.
