I was very pleased with the work and ease of dropping/picking up. However, I had called prior to bringing in the shirts for a price quote. I was quoted differently than charged. I understand that there is different fabrics and prices that go with those. When I called after arriving home to ask about the price difference, to my surprise, I was told that I had 2 silk shirts. ( didnt know that I had silk shirts). After checking my shirts, I noticed that they were either cotton blend or polyester blend... no silk at all. Granted, I had 2 lab coats, and understand that they were more to press... but my bill was about $35 for 5 dress shirts and 2 lab coats (press only for all). I was expecting $15-$20 I will be bringing more in, but I will get a price quote before I leave them. Would still recommend your services. Everyone was very friendly.

I moved in this area and this is the only cleaner in the city of Sandy. This was my first time to get my proffessional work jacket dry cleaned in the area and they burnt it so badly it was not wearable for my business anymore. I looked at it before I left they said they dont know what the burnt marks were and offered to fix it and dry clean it again, however it was burnt so how could you fix that, they did not give my money back instead did not even care to apologize and said there is nothing they can do. I got my jacket ruined and end up paying for it. They are not personalble and dont care about customers because they are the only dry cleaners in the town. I disputed my charged however they did not refund my credit card company either, so dont go here.

Mt Hood Cleaners are efficient and timely. I so enjoy the convenience of them picking up and delivering our dry cleaning needs and other services we have used. This is a company that thrives on Perfection. There were a few instances that I thought some of my Silk jackets were ruined, but Mt Hood Cleaners saved them and they looked perfect when returned. We have used the services of Mt Hood Cleaners for over five years and are very comfortable with their Professional services.

During the August 2014 special on "bedding", Mt Hood Cleaners did a wonderful clean up on the upholstered pieces in our used tent trailer -- the foam sleeping covers zipped off for dry cleaning -- the four seat cushions with vinyl backings were surface cleaned with the foam left in them -- all pieces came out so much brighter in color that I felt really confident they were also very clean for our use. She set up my email in their system and the next day when the suit was ready - I was notified via email. Our "go-to" cleaners! Highly recommend this business. The folks who work there go out of their way to make sure were satisfied. Theyve found a tear in a comforter that I sent in for cleaning and repaired it on their own initiative. Also, have sped up the service, if I need something cleaned in a rush. Never disappointed!

This is probably a great place to get your things dry cleaned. IF you could get anyone to answer the phone or an email. Since I have tried calling multiple times and sent emails and have had no responce I will go to Portland with my dry cleaning.
