Speed. 5 Professional. 5 Kind. 5 Quality. 5 Mr. And Mrs. Nam do a great job. I will absolutely go back and stiffest this cleaner to everyone. They are kind and proffesional. I dropped off a couple years worth of items that had built up. A waterproof jacket that needed repair. Nice jeans that tore in hard to stitch spots, three piece suits and all. They had it all done exactly how I imagined it. I am picky about my dry cleaning and they are to be trusted. It was fast service and they earned my business. The price is so low for the best work in tacoma, hands down. I had to leave a large tip just to show my gratitude. Mr. Nam remembered who i was by walking in the door. He was so kind he even walked some of my garments out to my vehicle with me and hung them gently in the vehicle. Truly a local business worth supporting.

The couple that runs this dry cleaners is really nice and remembered my dry cleaning order without me having to pull out a ticket. I had a makeup stain on my duvet cover I just couldnt remove -- not stain remover or even bleach made a dent in this thing! Taking it here the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, it was ready the next Monday, all fixed. $25 for the duvet cover, which would have cost over $200 to replace, so Im pretty happy. They will even walk the dry cleaning out to your car -- true service!

Owners have great customer service and are very hospitable. They will accommodate rushes when possible. One of few places that will alter pants keeping the original hem. They carry your items to the car for you if they arent too busy.
