Check your clothes before you leave. I was told my garments would be done the next day (Saturday) and would be texted when they were done. Called 45 minutes before they closed and was asked if I could pick them up Monday or Tuesday. I needed them the next day so said no I couldnt. She said ok shed have them done by closing (40 minutes later). Got a text 22 minutes later saying they were done. Brought them home and looked at them. Both still had wrinkled backs (arms were ok), one still had streaks of dusty dirt on the back the other had dog hair still on it. Looked up on line and read the the average dry cleaning process is 20-25 minutes...not included the pressing. Still got charged $20+ for what looks like nothing done. I wont be going back.

They were the BEST! I called first the in the morning to see if they would be able to do a same day turn around for my wifes suit for an interview the next day, and she told me if I got it there in the next half hour they would wait for my garment for that load. I told her what color the suit was, and was on my way! I dropped off the suit at 8:30ish and was back picking it up by 3:30. They were so quick I was able to avoid the hot mess that is 164th during rush hour. My wife was extremely pleased with the quality of their work, and I was pleased with the speed.

Joanne & Ruby Cleaners team takes care of all my familys (and my in-laws!) dry cleaning and alterations needs for both personal & work from daily cleaning, pressing, & hemming and also did a great job on a work project where we needed name patches sewn on 9 Carhartt waterproof jackets -on top- of a pocket (not easy work! I called around); so happy with them! Also, Ive always been lucky enough to get items turned around faster than usual when I need them to be - thank you Joanne & Ruby Cleaners :)

They burned my French cuffs. They didnt clean my my shirt they just pressed them. When I pointed these out I was told I had already worn the shirt. I will not be returning.
