Really, really bad experience with the manager at this store today. Before Christmas, I bought several hundred dollars worth of clothes here for my wife as a Christmas present. Was not exactly sure of the appropriate sizes and colours - so the sales clerk told me to keep the sales tags - indeed she removed them from the clothes and stapled the receipt to them and told me that any lululemon store would exchange/refund for any items that were not correct. Indeed, she even told me where some other stores are! Came in today to exchange 2 items - the manager informed my wife and I that he could do nothing for us because the sales tags had been removed from the garments (yes, the self same tags removed from the garments by the original sales clerk and handed to me!!). I would strongly advise customers to be very careful about buying clothes from this store - it seems the manager is determined to do whatever he can to work around his own return policy. Nice clothes, but the customer service is something out of the Lowest Circle of Hell. Buyer beware!

Today when I went there, had the worst experience with one of the female employees. I entered the store and she was so polite to all other customers (white) and she totally ignored me, didnt even acknowledged me. Dont know if she has a problem with Latino people. I spent over $400 and to receive this type of treatment.. not acceptable. Very sad that businesses still hire these type of employees to provide customer service. Not sure if I want to return.

Best lululemon I have ever shopped. I come there so often, two employees know me by name. Hands down, this location always has the most "Final Sale" items. They also always have all available sizes. 2s and 4s are always in abundance. Its dangerous that I live only 15 minutes (walking distance) away. Im always broke, but its worth it.

Their store educators are super friendly. I love the layout of this store and love their elected ambassadors (they sometimes host in store classes). I also like attending their Sunday yoga classes. I usually leave this store feeling better than coming in.

Its worth the price to get these well-made clothes. AND - they seem to fit all body types. Im 6 feet tall and have a terrible time finding leg and arm lengths that are long enough - but not at lulu!
