Owners/family Mike, Lily, and occasionally son Kevin man this gym and they couldnt be better people. Whether youre older, younger, looking to start a fitness routine, or continue something already more intermediate/advanced, theyre more than happy to accommodate you. A clean, friendly, open, and rarely-crowded home town gym.

Mike is awesome and aways happy to see you and offer words of encouragement. Plenty of machines to use and not overly crowded. Not a big box type of gym, so yeah it doesnt have all the bells and whistles but it does have a small town personal touch and I love it!
