Working with Avi and Eti of Levi construction was fantastic. This wasnt our first experience remodeling. We had worked with various contractors and designers in the past when we did our bathroom and kitchen. We didnt want to work with the same people again ( I wont mention who they were) because of bad communication between the designer, project manager and builder which ended up causing delays in the project and costing us more then we expected. We really wanted this project to shine and decided to have the same company designing our project to build it as well. Our first meeting with Avi was very educational and effective. Second meeting we met Avis wife and designer Ester. Right away we felt a good connection with them and knew that this was be the company we would like to work with. On top of that they were priced very fair compared to the other bids we got. The deal breaker for us was talking to their past clients and visiting their current projects. We got really good feedback and really liked the work we got to see. This was very important to us because we wanted someone we can trust with a big project like ours. We had a delightful time designing our home with Eti. I must say that she did an excellent job creating the 3D designs which included everything we asked for- and more. Ester put a special touch on the design of our project and we loved it. We felt that she really listened and understood our vision for our home addition and was able to represent it on the design. She added extra features without increasing our budget. Now we dont have to walk downstairs to the laundry room because we can shoot our clothes from the second floor bathroom! So awesome. For 4 months we had work crews in and out of the house. We never had any problems with their workers or their quality of work like we did with previous contractor. Any request we had or any changes were taken care of immediately and without blowing our budget right out of the water. They were very patient with us and transparent. Avi and Eti made sure to let us know of any ways we could save cost while still getting the look we were after. We also saved cost on things like our counter tops, tiles, and finishes. We purchased most of our things from showrooms Eti took us to and they treated us like royalty and it was nice to get a discount from every showroom we purchased from. The final results were a beautiful master suite and bathroom, a new laundry room and powder room. Way beyond our expectations on the design and the construction process. Better than we could have imagined. They are the best contractors we have worked with and since Ive recommended them to many friends who have considered remodeling.

Last year we were searching for the right contractor to do a two-story addition to our home. We had family members moving in and really needed to expand. We came across Avi and Eti of Levi Construction through our neighbors who had remodeled their home with them about two years ago. Since they were highly recommended, we met with them to discuss our project. What gave us the most sense of security was when Avi gave us several references to call and invited us to visit their ongoing projects. We got to hear wonderful stories from their clients and got to know Levi Construction much better. Their price was not too far off from the other bids we got and we decided to go with them. Their designer Eti was a charm. She brought a lot of ideas that we loved and created beautiful designs for us. Everything was clearly thought of and there were a lot of details taken into consideration. Fast forward six months later and our project was finally finished. Their crews worked very hard and did an excellent job at finishing on time. Everyone was very polite. It was tough some days with all the noise from the construction, but they tried their best to minimize it and made sure to keep the job site clean neat and tidy. It was very important for us that the project was completed two weeks before my family moved in and we were very happy that they finished before the set deadline. It was a joy to work with Ester, Avi and their team. Thank you very much, we love the work you did.

Because of my husbands job weve moved many times, Levi Construction has been our home contractor for the last couple of occasions, and I just wanted to say that working with them has been the best choice weve made since moving to the LA area. Both houses were designed to perfection, Eti and Avi asserted and understood what and how we wanted our homes spaces to function. While keeping on budget they were able to provide us with precise options that echoed what we wanted, keeping us within our margins and providing us with an incredible array of material options that achieved our vision without killing the bottom line. After hiring Levi Construction for kitchen remodeling project I wanted to make sure I share my experience with others. We purchased a home in Woodland Hills and needed a kitchen remodeling contractor in the area. We interviewed a few contractors but didnt find anyone we liked. Levi Construction did work for our old neighbors in L.A so we gave them a call. Avi met with us three times before we got into a contract. The first time we discussed the project, second time he had his designer Eti meet with my wife and I, third time they presented the design and estimate and we went with them. Having a 3d design really helped us have a vision of what we wanted and we loved Etis ideas. They literally took the kitchen down to the studs and put in custom cabinets, granite , back splash, electric and plumbing and they installed new flooring throughout the house. Eti not only helped us with the design but also helped us pick out all the finishes. It all took 7 weeks to complete and we were impressed with their team. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive, definitely worth it. - Frank
