Well I am writing this review as I have held up in hopes that this would have worked out. We contracted with Rich Hopkins to get a house remodeled last year in October 2016. The signed contract was supposed to be completed by 01/27/2017. We were told to make progress payments of $7500.00 a week to completed the job. We went to check the job in January and there was nothing done and we were in the hole at that time for $ 107,000.00. We have tried to get work completed but now have been told that the contractor has no money for materials. So at this point we have a house that is not habitable, still. Now he has not worked there for 2 weeks because he has no money for materials. Basically he took our funds used it for other jobs. This is conversion and illegal. defrauded us and breached our contract. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR AS HE IS UNETHICAL!!! I am addressing this review with photos to address another issue with this contractor. When my husband went down to our house last week he found that he was using our home as a shop to put together other clients kitchen cabinets without our permission. He was using our electricity, water and home as a dump zone for trash.

Rich had completed two projects at my house, a sun room and sound proof sound design room. Tonight, I was in trouble on a project and called Rich at 8pm on Friday night to see if he could help me out. He showed up a half hour later and worked four hours to save my project. Two Locksmiths had badly bungled a studio door and locks. Rich had to re-engineer the seal and locks while navigating the prior locksmith poor workmanship. It was impressive. Great guy. Your in good hands if you give him a call.

Rich has helping me navigate a structural and noise issue within my condo by providing insight, advice and solutions . I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate it thus far. Rich is very generous with his time, the communication and customer service is very straight forward and you can tell you are talking to an honest and well meaning person . I decided to post this review as a gesture of my thanks and appreciation so far.
