Their Selection is just so-so. They have great ideas about Patios, but their prices are a little on the high side. Taking their high prices into consideration, because where else are you going to have someone build you a patio on the central coast? Putting that aside, they have the Worst Service! They made a couple of dates to build, but missed a couple also, even though my Wife had to wait around for them all day, and they said they would be here. After the Patio was done, they don’t return phone calls, and they DO NOT follow up AT ALL!!! we have called them at least a 1/2 dozen times for problems with our Patio after the Build, and they wont come out, or even return the phone calls, (and sometimes, they say they will be here, and never show up) and we spent over 15,000 dollars! Do NOT trust these poor excuses for a Patio Business!!! We have gave them soooooo many chances over a 8 month period, enough is enough. I have waited long enough to write this. Google should let you give "Zero Stars", but they do not, so I have to give them 1.

Short of calling them crooks I will say this is the worst customer service I have ever received. After spending THOUSANDS of dollars on a sun room, it started to leak. They refused to return my call for months. When I finally was able to have them come out and rectify the situation (on an outrageous price quoted), I had to send them away because they sent out two individuals who had no idea what they were coming out to do. They were sent out with two tubes of caulking to seal the top. A sunroom is sealed with rubber seals that eventually need to be replaced... not schmucked over with $1.99 caulk. Needless to say the decking underneath is damaged and we are looking at 10s of thousands in damages. With the poor economy we cant afford to fix this which should have been fixed right away. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

It cant get any worse. We ordered two patio umbrellas; how hard can it be to get it right? After paying them almost $1,100.00 for the umbrellas, they supposedly ordered them ;they were to be drop-shipped to our home within 10 working days ... That was on November 2, it is now December 26th and we are still waiting. I have called them a number of times, each time getting a recording stating Our office is currently open but we are assisting other callers at this time, please leave a number and we will return the call right away. I wish they were as quick returning my calls as they were at cashing our check. I agree with drp ... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

They have not come out to fix new (2016) sunroom leaks. I sent pictures and texted the owner many times and not one response. I called the individual who installed it and he no longer works there. They took months to install the sunroom in the first place. I spent over $25,000. They have their money so why should they care.

0 stars... horrible business owner, Dave should be ashamed of himself, flakey, unprofessional, shoddy workmanship, no followup or completions with city permits, project never supervised or finished. wont return emails still! RUN FAR AWAY from this company and their products!
