When Chris came out to give me us an estimate, he also provided ideas on how to improve on what my husband and I requested. Our house is custom built so it was important that our contractor do high quality work to match the rest of the house. We wanted walls and a door added to an open room with just two walls and pillars. Chris suggested adding a recessed arch into one of the walls so it would match the opposite wall in our entryway. The job required matching some hardwood flooring in two places, adding new extra tall baseboards and extra tall door with trim. Electrical, phone and cable were needed on the new walls. Chris team did a terrific job and I am very picky. The crew was extremely neat and courteous. I was impressed when on the first day they not only rolled out a padded surface for where they would need to walk, but also asked me if there was a restroom the workers could use. Throughout the project the team kept the work area neat and clean. There was a project binder on site that the various workers could all reference to ensure they understood their role in the overall project. That helped with their internal communication as well as communication with us. We felt like B-Line did business in a way we always thought contractors should, but had never before experienced. If quality is important to you, we highly recommend B-Line.

Chris and B Line Construction did an awesome job for our family. A few years back, our family was going through a very difficult process of dealing with a recent terminal illness diagnosis for our father. My parents home needed to be renovated within a very aggressive schedule to accommodate his new medical needs. We initially hired a local contractor to do the work, but had a nightmare of an experience from the start. Fortunately, we were referred to B Line. Upon our initial consultation with Chris, him and his crew were able to jump right in and take control of the situation. My father being a 20+ year military vet, he was eligible to receive VA (Veteran Affairs) benefits that could be applied, such as the SAH (Special Adaptive Housing) Grant. Chris and company were very knowledgeable of the specific requirements, and made the process quick and simple, with minimal hassles. Although the daily commute to the jobsite was 70+ miles away, B Line was always prompt, reliable, and accommodating. The work they performed was solid, clean, and respectful. They communicated with our family as part if the team along the entire way. Our family would definitely refer B Line to anyone seeking any construction needs, and are very greatful to have worked with them. We salute you B Line Construction! Thanks again!

I really needed to get in touch with David Tan, owner of B-LIne. Apparently the phone number has been disconnected. I never hired him, spoke to him or authorized any work from him. However I got this REALLY threatening notice that I owe him $970.57 and he is going to get his attorney to collect the $$!! ..... Mechanics Liens dont work that way so I am snickering at this empty threat. I guess he got conned by someone.. I do have a suspicion on who it is but ... since he apparently did NOT pay his telephone bill ... I cant help him get his money back, which I would be more than pleased to do for him. *Shrugging my shoulders*

Im Tony, president of Waste Removal and Recycling. I havent used B-Lines service but I now this company and the companies owner well. My company is a vender for them. We haul the waste and recyclables from their jobsites. This company is one of the most professional cusomters we have.All of the people that work at B-Line are very polite and know exactly what they are doing. A Great Strong company and from a vendors point of view I wish more contractor had the integrity that B-Line has. When I need a remodel I will call B-Line. Tony Vivilacqua

Chris and his team are amazing. They can handle small things like your new kitchen or bathroom, and big things like full office renovations and second story additions. The showroom they have is cool because you can see how things look, and get ideas you may not have had for your project. If you know a disabled veteran that needs their home remodeled so it is functional and nice, the B-line team is very patient and experienced with walking you through the paperwork and process to get actual grants to cover the costs.

We spent 1 year reviewing potential design-build companies including the use of NARI website, word of mouth, and references. From the front end portion of the business, to the working crews, and office staff, we were very fortunate to have made a great choice for a company. We remodeled one bath and a master suite. We have also used them for handyman services due to their reliability.
