I needed to fence my rather large yard, and a friend recommended Superior. I made an appointment with Morgan for an estimate, and we met a few days later to walk the property, take measurements, and talk about design options. Morgan was wonderful - very friendly, professional, and efficient - and I showed him pictures of some fences that I liked. He wanted to know what I needed from my fence, which might sound odd, but I had two primary concerns: it needed to keep my dogs securely inside the yard, and it needed to keep my highly destructive sheep and goats out. Of course I wanted a beautiful fence, but if it didnt perform these two functions, it would end up being nothing more than yard art. Unfortunately, Morgan had to deliver the bad news that the fences in my photos would not meet my needs, and why. He then proposed several other possibilities, all of which sounded nice as well, and sent me example photos along with the estimate. I finally settled on a design that, while not my original choice, seemed as if it would be quite nice as well. (Note that I dislike traditional wooden privacy fences and chain link, so those options were never considered.) David Seelig was the crew chief who installed my fencing, and he and his co-workers did a FABULOUS job. He had my fence completed much faster than I expected, and on top of that, Im thrilled with how the design turned out. Its really better than what I had originally envisioned - it complements my yard and the house perfectly and will do what I need. Im so very impressed how quickly David was able to finish the job, and his work is absolutely first rate craftsmanship. So I extend many thanks to both Morgan and David for your talent and hard work in designing and installing my beautiful new fence. I hope that the owners of this company realize that they have some of the finest people working for them. If you are thinking of having a fence installed, I highly recommend that you call Superior for an estimate and design consult. I guarantee that you will be thrilled with what they can do for you. I received bids from several fence companies before deciding on Superior. The price they quoted was slightly higher than most, but after doing a bit of research and seeing their fences around my neighborhood, I felt safe choosing them. The salesman (Chris) that came to my house was pleasant to work with and seemed genuinely concerned that I get the fence I needed. I have two small dogs and the fence needed to contain them, yet look good at the same time. My yard has quite the slope to it so I was worried that a wood fence wouldnt provide adequate security to keep them from getting underneath it. I was assured that this was something they could handle, so I signed up and paid my deposit. I was contacted a few days later by a gentleman named Nick to schedule the installation of my fence. I have some difficult work hours, but he went out of his way to work with me and set up a time that worked for me to be there to confirm that the layout of the fence was correct with the installers. The installers showed up when promised and I went over the job with them briefly, stressing that I needed to contain my small dogs. The foreman (Dominic) seemed incredibly knowledgeable and once again assured me that my needs would be met. The posts were set in one day, and the crew returned four days later to install the fence. I wasnt home to see the installation of the actual fence boards, but when I got home that night I was so impressed! The fence looks amazing and my dogs are contained securely. I would highly recommend Superior fence to family and friends, and I will definitely be using them again should I need more fencing.

This is by far the worst experience Ive had with a contractor. Beginning at the end of May we contacted them to come out and give us a bid. By June 7 we signed a contract with them even though they were going to be slightly more than Ricks, they did promise to have the fence scheduled 4 weeks out - we happily paid them around $3500 as a down payment. June came and went, July came and went, August is almost over and they claim they still dont have the materials to complete the work. The only communication we got was by email where the salesman Morgan - said that they would be out the last week. It wasnt until we called last Friday to demand to speak to the manager or Morgan, and I got Nick, who told me that he would not be discounting his work because basically he needed to pay the salesmans commission. I cant believe that even came up. I told them that I work for a company that takes responsibility for their rare shortfalls and to make something happen, he declined to take responsibility for the situation blaming his suppliers - unacceptable and not my problem. He ended up scheduling for Wed 8/24 The installers came by yesterday 8/24 to remove the old fence and start setting poles. The arrived at 8:30 am and left at 3:15 and left trash in my yard. They said theyd be back by 9:00 am the next day - its now 12:00 and no one is here. I really think theyll never finish the work. I Dont think I have much recourse now, aside from never using them again and letting everyone I know not to either.

I have built several fences for my rental properties over the past few years. For the most part I purchased most of my materials from Superior. mostly because they are local to SE and I like to keep my money as local as possible. My last experience with Superior turned me off. I came in to pickup a gate frame that took them a week and a half longer to build than they told me it would. I also needed about 40 more fence boards to finish my project. When I asked about the boards I was told that they close in 10 minutes (4:00pm) and that everyone goes home about (3:30pm). Well I took time off of work to make it in before 4 because that is the time that they close. I understand operating hours, but if you are not going to be operating in those hours; maybe change your hours? Long story short the guy helping me seemed rude and didnt provide the customer service I would expect from a company whose prices are as high as they are. For me I am more about quality and service over price. Looking back at my recipes for the past few years I have spent a little over 9k with Superior, but I doubt I will be doing buisness with these guys again.

About two years ago I gave Superior Fence & Construction a challenging task. I purchased two path gates from Costco that I wanted to combine to a double door gate in my driveway. I called the right folks! The scope of work was complicated and the price was competitive but more importantly the quality of service is why I chose this contractor. A week ago (October 1, 2015) I was contacted by Superior on another quote I had requested for a partial fence installation which was quoted months earlier. During the conversation I mentioned to Greg one of the gates Superior installed over two years ago (custom job for my driveway) the screws had been stripped. Greg immediately sent a gentleman out who repaired the gate at no additional charge. Im extremely satisfied with the good folks at Superior.
