Brand new facility, September 2016, so clean and attractive. Ashley Seems honest and trustworthy. Basically 60 min heart monitored--theirs-- class with new tread machines on one wall, new water resistance rowing machines on opposite wall, and free weights at the far end. Same owner has another OTF gym in Willow Glen for the 17 commuters. 60min workouts in orange zone ,not red heart rate zone, if I understood. First class was offered free, if scheduled in advance. Nice. The top $179/mo for 6mo for 3-4 visits/week ,and extra for heart rate monitor, looks good. Does seem Expensive.

Although they advertise that your first class is free, it isnt. The drop in fee is a whopping $28, in other words, roughly equivalent to a month long gym membership. After you sign up for the (NOT) free class, they start barraging you with phone calls, emails and text messages. I got to class 25 minutes ahead of time only to be turned away for being too late. Too late? 25 minutes before a one hour class? Do not waste your time, and definitely dont provide any personal or financial information to them.
