Es un gimnasio económico, pero finalmente lo barato sale caro. Ningún servicio. No hay nunca nadie que te pueda dar una rutina, explicarte un ejercicio. Si quieres ayuda paga un coach privado. Yo pago una carta que permite invitar a alguien ilimitadamente. Eso es lo que dicen, cuando llegas con tu invitado siempre hay un problema. Pasas media hora de vergüenza en la entrada , mientras ellos buscan la excusa para no dejarte entrar y venderle a tu invitado un membership. Me lo hicieron tres veces. A la tercera anule mi contrato y no volveré .

The place is generally ok, the equipment is average, the locker rooms stink, they dont freshen it often ( we stayed out of the locker mostly due to this reason). The club price is generally competitive. However, this past month my wife cancelled her membership since she is unable to go there due to her work commute. At the time we had signed up for this gym my membership included a free guest anytime I went to there. A month after my wife cancelled her membership, I went to work out with my son, who had just come home from college, and they refused to let him work out as my guest. Even though my son had been there many times before, they cited a new policy that guests were permitted on certain days only and not every day. I believe they came up with this arbitrary policy decision because my wife cancelled. I also believe they used a bait and switch on me since in the beginning they allowed unlimited number of guest and never questioned me when I brought in guest. Be careful and read your agreement carefully, do not go with what they tell you when they sell the membership to you.

Dont give this company your financial information. I liked the gym itself, but both times when I tried to cancel they kept on charging me. The first time I was in Canada they requested I send written notice that I was cancelling, I sent it and they said that they had no written record of my cancellation. I found out when I tried to cancel for the second time that I owed money for the entire time I was out of the states (a year). They would not forgive it because there was no proof of cancellation. When I tried to cancel the second time, they said there was no such account. When I kept on getting charged they requested I come back to the gym to cancel, and refused any refund since there was no proof of cancellation. Refund me for the time I can prove I was in Canada and Ill change this rating.

The service of the financial department is terribly awful. I registered the membership on Aril, and it was cancelled completely within a week. I have the cancellation receipt. Recently I found that they are still charging the membership fee from my bank account month by month till now. I went to the club and talked to the supervisor at Campbell which location I did my registration. The supervisor told me that they made a mistake and they will refund the money ASAP. However, two weeks past, I havent received any farther information yet. What a nightmare! Be careful, if you try to register the membership with them and always keep your receipt.

Money trumps integrity. Are you the type of person that likes to go to establishments and disrespect employees when the world isnt going your way? Our rules arent to your liking? Are you the type of person that gets mad at front desk clerks when theyre simply implementing the rules and procedures of their job? Do not fret! This is the gym for you, we let our gym members act like assholes to our faithful employees because "the customer is always right", regardless of how immature and belligerent you are acting, we are always on your side and when that employee stands up for herself, she will be fired without warning.

is what it should be called. i would give it negative stars if i could. dirty equipment and shoddy staff in back office and onstaff. ive heard some staff snickering to the side with each other at some members-yea way to encourage people to keep on coming. Makes you feel uncomfortable and bad about yourself when working out with all teh snarky staff if your not already perfectly toned and slimmed and quite frankly if you were you wouldnt be at the gym all too often. Membership cancellation fees are also a carefully crafted rip off way to make sure they can take the most money from you as possible.

For the money you pay a month, the club is fine. The equipment is decent, a lot of cardio machines. Locker room needs major update, but oh, well. Their website is terrible. "Make a payment now" does not work. Email address under "contact us" is empty, etc. There is nowhere to send feedback. The only thing you can do is call or write a paper letter. Awful. For a professional business, this is embarrassing.

Healthy Alternatives To Pesticides

It is disturbing that after many months 2 of the Precor machines still dont work. I have asked them to fix them or get rid of them but they keep telling me the parts are back ordered. At least put a sign on the machines that the parts are ""back ordered". Please fix your machines! Another woman complained today too. It is not her first time either. Not good customer service.

I am also having troubles with their billing Dept. I cancelled over a month ago and they just keep on billing me their monthly fee. I am about to call the BBB and report their bad billing Dept actions and it looks like several people have experienced the same problems that I am having according to some of the reviews that I have seen about this company

Was at the Bay Club, but a divorce changed my financials. Hard to compare this to the Bay Club but the Right Stuff is more than adequate for my needs and it has a great price. It can get crowded at times but it doesnt take too long to figure a schedule out and get in a good work out. I really enjoy working out here.

I attend the facility on Blossom Hill Rd. The staff are great the facility is generally clean; however, the equipment is left in disrepair for months at a time. I have complained but one machine has been broken for more than six months and another for two months. This is a problem that goes on and on.

The staff there is super friendly. They have most of the machines that you can think of. The best part is probably the cheap rates --- it doesnt get better than this. $9-12 a month per person is a steal!

What everyone should know when you sign up, and pay the first month and last month membership it means that you have to give actually a 60 days notice to get out of the contract for me this is rip off.

This place is most of the time packed with people especially by free weights and machines,only area that is not crowded is where you go and do your abdominal exercises,staff is friendly and courteous .

Very little equipment and this tiny little gym is always busy so you have to wait to use anything.
