Its very hard to find a personal trainer who takes special interest in you. I was never successful in finding a good one especially thru the big fitness center chains. The trainers keep changing and you lose focus and most importantly you dont see any desirable results (at least I didnt) and beyond a stage it becomes too heavy on your wallet as well and you give up. Thru a good friend I got introduced to AccessibleFitness and have been training with Paul & Judy for over 3 months (longest ever) and I see amazing results. The variety of exercises that they make you do is what the difference is. Their focus is You and different areas of "Your" body whether it be legs, biceps, triceps, core/abdomen etc. They exactly know how & which muscle to shock & when to do so and that is the only way (w.r.t exercise) you can develop the body that you dream for. While exercise is one part, the other part is their nutrition plan. Its tailor made for you. A few weeks after following it religiously + the training with Paul & Judy, I do see a lot of changes in my body. And its very addictive. The place is very clean and nice. You may not see a huge facility but that place will give you a run for the money for the half or 1 hour you are there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Judy & Paul are awesome & training with them is always fun. If you are serious about weight loss or strength training then this is the place to go. Paul is an absolute inspiration.

Expensive Personal Training! Unprofessional Staff! Not recommended. Be very careful when rescheduling the personal training sessions. Most likely you are not going to get those sessions ever. I had enrolled for 30 sessions of personal training, had to reschedule my last 5 sessions as I was out of town for 10 days. After coming back, I found that trainer stopped showing up on sessions time and he stopped responding to calls and texts. Even the management didnt bother to look into it. I still have the texts showing that they agreed upon rescheduling the sessions. They take all the money in advance and just forget about any refund! Well, probably the management didnt care as I had refused to continue with them after 30 sessions. I was not willing to continue here as the experience was not good, trainer texted and cancelled several sessions right before the session or sometimes just didnt show up. Gym is small, equipments are less in number and it becomes over crowded in the evenings and early morning. Wont recommend it to anyone. There are much better options available for personal training for the same price.

I remember asking Paul on the phone if there is a criterion of people coming that start personal training. I dont think I was in any worse shape before, a 120 pounds overweight with alarmingly high body fat percentage. He assured me that it wont matter and after about 3 months of procrastination I finally took the complimentary session. I was ashamed of walking into any gym before I started training here. 10 minutes into the first session and all that was gone and John ensured that it never came back. He eased me into the workout sessions slowly increasing the intensity and it sort of became a routine, finally one that I was proud of. Judy and Paul checked up regularly on me and going to the gym was no longer a dreaded task. This had been my problem for more than 4 years, the thought of going to a gym was enough to ruin my day but Accessible Fitness changed all that for good. I still have a lot of ground to cover and I am sure Ill get there with Johns help day in and day out in addition to Judy and Pauls constant motivation!

I have been training at Accessible Fitness for more than 6 months. I love working with both Judy and Paul. They focus not only on working out, but also stability, core balance and nutrition. Every time Ive stepped out of the gym Ive felt maxed out and pumped up. I have seen a transformation in myself from where I started and where I am, not only in my body structure, muscle tone but my strength as well. The gym is nice and clean with all the equipments you would ever need. Im glad I decided to join Accessible Fitness.

If i could give more stars I would. This gym has changed my life and the lifes of many around me. Paul,Judy and their team are the best at what they do. Paul also trained my Grandfather into his eightys even after a stroke and Parkinsons disease diagnosis restoring my grandfathers health and confidence. I cant say enough about the versatility of this gym and team. I can truly say they have become my friends and mentors. Thanks Paul And Judy!

She was professional, informative, genuine knows her stuff! I like that she changes the workout every time she trains me. I lost 10 pnds in 1 month and I forward to every training session.

Ask for Gabriel or Spencer. They are easy to work with but will push you hard. They are very focused on form and will give you a great full body workout every time.
